Check-in and pickup of U-Haul was facilitated by the desk staff. Upon drop off, there were concerns with the truck and upon advisement, the man checking the vehicle back in took note and offered a discounted rate due to the problems experienced.

I visited Goin’Postal Shop on July 5th, 2024, to ship a package and purchase some mailing supplies. I used their shipping services.
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They helped me choose the right shipping option for my needs and efficiently processed my request. The shop was clean and well-organized.
The prices were reasonable, and I felt that I got good value for the services and products I purchased. Overall, my experience at Postal Plus Shop was excellent. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing postal services.

I had a package that got shipped to Europe. Of course silly me is placed all of the tracking information. I called the store and the gentleman there was unbelievably kind and extremely attentive, researched all of the information and got me the details that I need so I could process the return. I highly recommend the professional service of this store. 100% would use them again.

I went to Goin' Postal today because I had to ship a package to China. The two males at the counter were beyond helpful and professional. They helped me repackaged my already packaged item so it would be cheaper for me. I would highly recommend them for your shipping needs. They will help you get the cheapest rate vs. going to UPS where they're rude and don't care what you will be paying and will charge you for every little thing. Bottom line:
GOIN' POSTAL is VERY HELPFUL & CARING TO IT'S CUSTOMERS:)

If you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy the worst customer service, this place is for you. I bought some moving boxes, they told me to buy some extras because they will take back what is not used. The liars would not take back the 1 extra box I had. He said I would have to drive across town to the "main office" to get a refund. I told him I paid him and he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked where the main office was and he handed me a phone number. I asked him if he knew where it was and he said "call the number" STAY AWAY!!!!

The worst guy I’ve ever dealt with, he wasted my time, my money and unfortunately after taking the money he ignored me, my calls and my massages , I was concerning about my baggages but he didn’t care. I did the job he supposed to do. I missed two flights because of him, he didn’t know what are the procedures.
