Whoever is working 10/16/2024 at 5:50 pm directed my car into the slots on the ground but they didn’t line up right & he turned the other way before noticing. I even honked twice to get his attention because I could feel & hear the tracks not hooking to my car but he had his headphones in. I’m just glad this didn’t turn into a bigger issue Iike it easily could have.

Had a terrible experience here and my wife had the same experience months before. There is a guy at the front, (bald, sweaty, and heavy set) by the payment terminal. He is there to upsell to memberships. I told him I was only interested in a quick wash. He pushed a button on the machine and wanted to take my credit card. I told him I'm fine doing it myself as I always do.
When I wasn't looking, he pushed a button on the screen and when I turned it was a screen I didn't recognize. I had to go back to the main screen to verify what I was buying. Then, my card didn't go through the first time.
As I drove away, he said sarcastically, "I guess you needed help after all". I didn't go to the car wash to deal with attitude. I told him where he can shove his attitude.
A few months ago, my wife had a similar experience with him. When she said she just wanted one carwash, and not a membership, he told her that, based on her car, "she can afford it".
No, I'm not buying a membership. No, I don't need someone to take my credit card and operate a "self service" terminal for me. And no, I do not need to be treated that way because it took me a minute longer because your guy screwed up a simple process.
We vote for businesses with our dollars and I like to support local businesses. It's worth it to me to drive a few minutes further to spend my money elsewhere.

Truly enjoy this individual location, it's close to home and towels are generally available for use. However, I seemed to have new charges from GO as a membership. I don't recall signing up bc I would have registered for such. I arrived to the location to notify the attendant of these charges. Location doesn't have any parking spaces so I pulled up to the kiosk and pushed the help button. I could see the young gentleman on his phone looking down. I proceeded to press at least 5 times, I even honked the horn to no avail. Fortunately, noone was behind so I pulled back into the bug wash space to call. Phone kept getting sent to a prompt to leave a message. With much frustration, I ended paying for a wash just to get to the attendant!!! I only asked that the attendant pay attention to clients needing help. I ended creating a help ticket to remove the membership!

The best, but be careful , all Go Carwashes are not the same , some are bought out car washes , which were renamed, also not all provide dry cloths and air freshers

At least half the time I try to go it's closed. I'm not sure why it's not open during daylight hours. I mean closing at 6pm on Sunday when sunset is after 8pm.... Very frustrating.
Make sure to check the hours online EVERYTIME. They change pretty regularly apparently.
Both air pumps for tires are still broken. It's been months now.... Just seems like nobody cares at this location when I compare it to the others in the area

Pros:
(1) Awesome staff, attentive and customer centric. Super helpful.
(2) Price and value is of a monthly subscription for $20-$22 or whatever is great value when you need to keep your car clean and save time.
Cons:
(1) Closes at 6pm on Sunday and 8pm on all other days. It would be great if it were open 16 hours a day 6 days a week, and a 7th that opens late and closes at 10.
(1) they have towel shelves that are supposed to provide microfiber towels that you can deposit in the bin under the shelf after the car wash but the towels are never there.
You literally have to go distract the guy guiding cars into the wash to get a towel .....
(2)The tire pressure gauges have been broken, run over squished, and inoperable for several months now.

I appreciate Samuel! He was very attentive and listened to me when I shared I felt I vacuumed something heavy underneath the seat and wanted to confirm it was nothing of value.
He turned off the vacuum system and cleaned all areas around my car to ensure it did not get sucked up there. Luckily it was a pen.
I appreciate Samuel deeply for his excellent customer service. Definitely coming back when I am in the area!

I love this car wash, this location specifically. But I wish management would tell the employees to stop putting the cars so close together. I’ve noticed my car does not get as dry in the back as it use to. I’m guessing it’s sensing the next car and moving onto it. I’d give 5 stars but it’s frustrating.

Do not wash your car here. My car is full of scratches on both sides. When shown to an employee at this location, the response was, 'We'll send the incident report, but most likely corporate will claim it didn't happen here.' This is the only car wash I use, as it is right next to where I live (but now I won't go there again). All the scratches are horizontal, as you can see in the pictures. Their cleaning tools are very harsh on your car; avoid this place if you care about your paint.

Had issues at first but things has gotten better overall I really do enjoy going to this car wash hopefully I don’t anymore issues with them
