Total scam. I signed up over 2 years ago and at the time the wash itself was pretty good for a drive through. However, I signed up for the lifetime ultimate membership which was a special for $9.99/mo. Once their computer system went down and they rebooted it, they started charging me $37.99/mo. Efforts to cancel failed. Calls required me to give them my whole credit card number over the phone or come in. Don't live close enough to waste half my day to go there in person. Multiple tries to cancel met with inept employees and refusals to cancel. Finally, had to dispute charges with my credit card company. Whatever you do, don't buy a membership. They will charge you for the rest of your life.

Good car wash. Like the compressed air and damp rags for wiping down the car.However, never join the club wash as you'll never know what they will bill you. Price is changed indescribably, and when you cancel due to unauthorized charges, you'll never get your money back unless your bank reverses the charges.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful to me! They’ve been redoing our roads and my tire wells were caked with mud. After running through the automatic wash several times the manager, Jesus, went the extra mile!! He took a hose and squirted out the caked, muddy deposits the Car Wash couldn’t get, even after I had done the hose squirting at home myself. Everyone here has been extremely helpful. Every time I have come!

Everytime I go to simply wash my car I'm getting bothered by random people asking me to put air in their tire, or complaining about how hot it is outside like I control the weather. I told the manager with the mushroom haircut about customers bothering people he looked confused and he smelled like Marijuana. I've lived in Shavano park for over 18 years and I just happened to notice since 2020 the type of "people" moving over to this area that look like they don't they are from shavano park.

Good place for a car wash. Bad place to work at if you can't stand burnt-out customers with no life & nothing to do except to bother employees. Side note it's funny how customers can get on Google to post a bad review but can't get on Google to find out what time the store opens or closes.

Like this location best. Has a good car wash tunnel that has extra brushes. Compare to the one on Bandara road is not as good. Car comes out very clean.

The one star is for the customer's not the company. All the customer's on here crying about employees on their phones are straight up lying. A lot of the customer's want employees to bow down to them because they pay over $700 a month to lease a range rover or bmw. The same customer's on here complaining & lying about employees on the phone struggle really bad to put a car in neutral. Why don't the customer's complain about all those beer can they throw out the window in the in the tunnel?

Always liked this place before it became Go car wash too. I looked my keys in my car and they were kind enough to lend me their tool. I unlocked my car and brought it back. I offered them some drinks or anything they need and they said no we r fine.

Getting a membership and being able to clean my car whenever I want is pretty darn cool. Also, they offer free towels to dry your vehicle and sometimes they even have air fresheners.
