Please don't waste your time or money dealing with this rude unprofessional lady. All this because I told her they were unprofessional after changing my delivery date 4 times in less than 2 weeks. I purchased a mattress in cash paid in FULL 6/28. Was supposed to be delivered Monday 7/1 but she forgot to place the order because her daughters bf cut his monitor off SMH TMI. 2nd delivery date was Wednesday 7/3 & I got a called that my mattress was not on the truck for delivery. Due to the holiday 3rd delivery date was Monday 7/9. I called throughout the day to confirm my delivery no answer. I then call from another phone someone answered & say Gloria is at a furniture show, the truck just arrived & I would have to wait till Tuesday 7/9 for delivery. Now I was given a hard cheap loaner to use right before the holiday with the plastic on there that they didn't want me to take off. That's not wtf I paid for & that s*** was uncomfortable. When someone finally answered the phone that day I expressed how frustrated I was & how they were unprofessional. Well I guess Gloria wasn't happy about my feelings towards her business so she started to text me. I have added the texts so everyone can see how unprofessional & rude this lady is as a business. You don't like ppl talking ugly about your business run it better! As as a customer I don't need to hear anything about your personal life on why I couldn't get my mattress. & plus stuff like this comes with the business. I hope this lady isn't sending text like this to everyone who's not happy with the sorry a** service they provide SMH

Gloria is amazing! She is so sweet and helpful. We bought a bedroom furniture set and new mattress from her at a great cost! She definitely helped us save money. She is great at communicating delivery times and very knowledgeable about the products. I LOVE OUR PURCHASES from her. We will definitely go back to her if we need anything else.

She was very attentive an knowledgeable about the mattress I needed and she was very honest. I didnt feel pressure to by anything and she even tryed to help me even if it wasnt benefiting her and they deliver. I'm in love my new bed and i so proud of my bed , i dont feel buyers remorse not even a little bit.

Bad customer Service skills, made me feel as if i was a bother looking for a bed, i was ready to spend money and she began to tell us who where we? and who sent us?, she seemed to be on drugs, we will never come back, all the mattress were off brand, the lady got mad that i was reseaching their name up to find out others experience, she began asking me am i a spy for some competitors store, no women we want a bed!! We did not tolerate her verbal abuse & her desceptive attitude any longer, we will not be coming back or referring this company to anyone..
