I had a pedicure with Mirna this weekend. She was so kind and sweet. She was very respectful of my time and took a lot of pride and care in her work! The tools used are sanitary and the place is very quick to get you serviced. Great job to Mirna! Love my toes.

This spot is ok. I came 2 times. The first time the guy did my nails really good, second time the same guy did my nails and it seemed like he was rushing amd didnt come out as good. For that reason i wont be back. Kinda weird setup because there is a hair salon on the other side. Workers were friendly. Over all good experience, i just appreciate consistency

I came to Glamour Nail Hair Spa because they have the best reviews in the area and they were all right! Reasonable Prices, Great Service, Friendly Staff. I got a Deluxe pedicure and Julie was awesome and very sweet!

I give this place a ZERO on customer service. I took my 13 year old granddaughter to get her nails done and since I had not had a pedicure done in over 6 months I decided to try this place while waiting for my granddaughter. I didn't get the nail techs name but she got me set up with the water in the foot tub and I mentioned if she could please cut the corners of my big toes due to ingrown toe nails. She said they looked fine and didn't do them. Girl it's been 6 months and I've been doing my own nails I need them trimmed, but she didn't. So as I'm on my phone she starts with the oil on my legs and then she proceeds to place the toe sponges on my feet. I'm like wait you have not trimmed none of my nails or cuticles, no buffing on the bottom of my feet what's going here? She was getting ready to polish my toes. I was like....what are you doing??? Then some Asian guy comes to speak with me about the situation and ask if I wanted a different nail tech I said no I don't want another I'm done if this the work they do here. I don't want my nails done here. So I waited for my granddaughter to be done with her favorite nail techs. My granddaughter comes out as I waited in my car and says... Grandma they charge me for your pedicure. I was like WHAT!? Why would they charge a 13 year old for my pedicure???? THATS INSANE!!!. Not only did they do a horrible job on my pedicure, but they took advantage of a 13 year old and charge her for my pedicure. I stormed inside and told why did they charge my granddaughter for services not rendered? He said because I had the services done. I did not get services done!!!! WOOOOOOWW! I gave him a piece of my mind no doubt. $35 down the drain because it was on my granddaughters cashapp and she can't dispute it b/c her nail techs charge was on it as well. So I give them an F for FAILURE AND TAKING TAKING MONEY FROM A CHILD!!!!!

I came a year ago for a pedi with my friend & have never came for acrylics till mothers day weekend & this is the worst aftermath I've ever had from a nail salon. My middle finger with the more healed middle finger didn't even hit its 2 week mark before I had to remove the acrylic myself due to it lifting and almost taking off the first half of my natural nail!! The lifting caused severe trauma on my right middle finger and of course happened to my left hand middle finger almost again, ripping off my whole natural nail tip. Never have I had such painful and severe nail aftermath from acrylics. Luckily I was able to take care of my right middle Nail with caution on removing all the acrylic, using nail rescue serum, cuticle oil and eventually nail growth strengthened....I hate leaving bad reviews as per my last experience for my pedi was good but as for acrylics I don't recommend especially with the trauma left afterwards if this can help anyone to not experience the painfulness of almost getting the whole natural nail bed rip ripped off.
We called 30 minutes before they closed (got out of work late and lost track of time) and the lady we spoke to over the phone said to just show up in the next 7 minutes and they'd see us...I got a pedicure done by Julie and Leah did my friends, they were so sweet and did such a great job! Very kind and not rushing at all. This was our first time here and will definitely be coming back to see they kind ladies again!? Very much recommended!!!!!

After a year of being gone from my favorite nail spa, I came back today and had a great experience as always with Ms Vina. She is not only skillful but is very kind. I was a regular at this nail spot for years, but took a year off and after coming back. I was really still impressed with not only the customer service but the outcome of my nails. I’ve always recommend Glamour Nails even when I wasn’t coming, and I still do recommend Glamour Nails. So if you’re looking for a good customer service experience and quality work Glamour Nails on Culver’s is the place to be. Thank you Ms. Vina for always providing great customer service.

Always on point. Eddie is a awesome nail tech who always gets the job done even when I don't know what I want. She always comes through. Big plus on the drinks (jack & coke) was on point.

Glamour nail salon on Potranco is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, has all ur salon needs from hair to toes, has a bar so u can sip and relax eddy Lynn is a wonderful nail tech I had a great and relaxing experience
