I recently switched to GCSA and a new provider, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I specifically saw PA Lori Lee, who has been the most thorough provider I've ever encountered. She patiently answered all my questions and showed great attentiveness to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I'm very satisfied with the care provided by this provider.

I was so pleased with not only the time the doctor took to ask me questions and examine before deciding what test needed to take place. More importantly she herself took the time to follow up with me next day to update me on what next. She was professional well educated patient great listening skills and very compassionate.

I had the privilege of having my follow-up appointment with PA Melinda. I usually prefer meeting with the doctor but this time was such a great experience. She took her time explaining all the results to me and answering all my questions. She even suggested more tests to make sure that my situation isn't more than expected. I appreciated that. The nurses, receptionists, and phlebotomist were all so professional and courteous and just made you feel so comfortable.
