Purchased a PlayStation Backbone not even 24 hours prior. Handheld controller is no way usable, terrible input latency and uncomfortable to hold. GameStop refused to accept return.

Called to check if they still had a hat my son had looked at the week B4. Young man didn't hesitate to go & check for me. Yes he had it, only one left & also knew the price, It was $9.00 cheaper than we thought. My son went in & bought it plus bought another one he liked for his son. Great Service & Wonderful positive attitude!!

The employee that worked tonight was very rude however the ast. manager was very understanding. They gave me a quote of $88 on my PS4 slim for trade in. Then reset my system and told me $50 due to the controller not working properly. After they sold me a $10 charger for the controller. Huge scam of a business. Really need to get rid of the POS employee.

Cashier was extended rude. When I informed him I was not interested in renewing my Pro membership, you would think I shot a dog with the faces he was making. Its been a while since I shopped at Gamestop and I don’t know if there is a reason for me to come back again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. they pushed jay_squad86 and his shoulder went back and he hit his head on the door. He only got mad and threw things, but you didn't have to push him. Unban this man and give him bits as compensation.
