Don't work at game stop when you don't have any inclination to help a customer find a game that's an old school splitscreen or co op with neither the intelligence of thought to look anything up or make suggestions. The colorful haired girl that worked there can always bag groceries. We left. This is why gamestop is a dead company they hire children who don't care and don't know jack.

I received a gift from gamestop Approximate volume a $140. I was told I could return it at the store. When in a manager that said his name was Chris Told me I could not do it without a receipt I explained to him it was bought online and it was a gift to me for Christmas. He said no receipt no return. I said can I get installed credit. Absolutely he said do you have the receipt. Once again I explained it was a Christmas gift and I do not have the receipt. I was told at that time everybody gives presents with receipts nowadays? With a smile on his face. After a while of this craziness I asked for the store number Customer service and his name That he had already covered up with a jacket by that time. He told me his name was Chris he gave me a piece of paper with the phone number that was incorrect? After an hour of waiting online to speak to customer service in front of the store They explained to me a both statements he made to me were false. That they absolutely Let you return defective items and not make you get another of the same defective item as the manager Chris stated. They took down information and said this has been a problem in many stores And they're trying to take care of it. They said meanwhile just send it back online and we will take care of you. Chris was a young man That I felt was put in a position that made him feel powerful and able to treat people in such a way unfortunately that does not work very well for businesses and customer relations. I just wanted people to be aware of the manager that is in place now and problems that may occur.

RENÉE!!! Great customer service and conversation ⭐️ He was also super sweet with the two little kids checking out with their mom in front of us, super kind employee. Great experience at this GameStop! Ask for Renee he helped with all our questions! Also bought more than I should have cause the deals were too good to pass up! MEMBERSHIP RENEWED⭐️❤️

Showed up at Game Stop before 7pm went to the counter and Crystal was helping another person. She asked me to wait so I did and I was standing there for a while and it was now after 7pm their closing time and she looked at me and told me she would not help me she was now closed. Really??? Excellent job Game Stop that's a dedicated employee right there..... Such a shame.

This is the only game stop I ever go to and have any trade in issues. "Cash isn't an option" our "drawer is short" oh " we don't need more ps4 or Xbox systems" what kind of irresponsible or unprofessional answers are that. Completely a** take your business to any game stop but this one.

Bad customer service. Chris will make up policies that don't exist so he doesn't have to do his job. People like him are the reason gamestop is going down hill.Beware of buying used consoles here. Sold me one that randomly disconnects and won't refund w/ receipt. Scammers at this location.The stone oak location up 281 is awesome and ran by true gamers who won't scam you.

Went there for a midnight release and was the last person there. They had well over 100 copies left behind the counter but refused to sell me one because I didn't have a reservation. But told me I could come back in the morning and buy one. They locked the door behind me and turned off the lights. I've never seen such a pathetic power trip. Thus is why gamestop is just a pain to even try to shop at anymore. I'm canceling all my pre-orders

Don't do pre-orders here, the young kid working there has not given me an official printed receipt/sticker or whatever it is to receive my copy of my game I had to wait 2 days

I just had a phenomenal experience at this location. The associate, Brittany (I believe) was outstanding. Fantastic customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days. I will return and spend more money because of how I was treated. Thanks!

I have always had a great experience at this location. Been coming for years. But today I was told by an employee I had never seen before that I needed a receipt in order to exchange games in for credit??? I didnt purchase the games from GameStop, I wasnt asking for a refund, so I dont understand what receipt he wanted. I have exchanged multiple games here for my son and have never been turned away until today. If this is a new store policy, its ridiculously stupid and I wont be returning.

Store was clean, lots of selection. Some items to purchase other than games. Good selection of new and pre-owned games. Helpful staff. Definitely would return to purchase from this location.
