Came here to buy a switch for my son. I was told i couldn’t buy one without getting a “pro membership” due to there being “a lot of robberies” which makes no sense. I ended up just buying the switch at the target behind them. Seems like they were trying to trick me to juice membership numbers. I won’t be shopping here again.

It sells video games as well as accessories for them. It also has pokemon products. Patient saleswoman with my children. Used games can be a way to save.

Employees very patient and helpful. Went in for Christmas gifts for grandchildren and nephew. Employee was very knowledgeable on products. Also got my military discount too

Morning shift employee was super pushy. Asked me multiple times IF I WAS SURE I didn’t want to preorder a game. I told him no 4 times before he finally finished the transaction. Holy hell.

Very frustrated with this store. I go in there a often, and it's always poor service. You'd think they would recognize a customer that comes in a lot, as they do at other Gamestops I frequent, but this location is ALWAYS rude and unhelpful.
The other day when I went in to return something, the only person there was Kyle and he was extremely rude. Not only did he scream at me out of anger for something not related to me at all, he made the whole transaction a nightmare. He even threated to call the cops on me, all because he didn't want to look up my information on the computer system!! After the transaction, he threw my receipt at me without even looking up from his keyboard and basically told me to "shoo" out of the store.
Absolutely appalling behavior, and I WILL NOT be back to this store ever again. I can't seem to leave store feedback anywhere on Gametop's website, so I left it here instead.

I entered the store around 11:30 AM today to trade in a game. Online I read that the store hours were 10 AM - 9 PM. There was a blonde man wearing glasses with the rudest tone of voice that shouted at me, “Can I help you!?!?” So I then replied saying I was here for a trade in and he interrupted me saying “YEAH WE ARE NOT OPEN.” I was very apologetic and said “I do apologize but the door was open and there were no signs that said the store was closed.” And instead of telling me “I’m sorry for your misunderstanding but the store hours are different for today,” he looks at me in disgust and just stares me down as I exit the store. I genuinely felt like he was about to call the police on me over some simple mix up about the store hours.If this is your nearest Gamestop, I advise you to visit another store nearby instead of this one even if it is a bit farther of a drive. I called another store nearby to make sure that they were open, and they were very helpful with helping me trade in my game and said that the behavior of the man at this Gamestop was completely unacceptable.Please, do not go here.
