Attn: @JD First off you do not need to be rude or ugly about the young lady who was trying to help you find the USED item for your son. If you usually check online inventory statuses for stores then you should know it takes 24-48 to update. Even at that, if it only has 1 or 2 of a specific item you should know dam well it ain't probably gonna be there. Now for her only looking for a minute. I was in the store at that moment and I sure remember this situation. She should only have to take a minute or so because she should know where her stock should be held. But obviously you don't shop here much cause if you did you would know she just helps out here. The regular employees are 2-3 other guys who I have known to be pushy and rude at times but are helpful. And as for the store being a "disaster area" she had just had a huge rush of young kids go in for nothing. So don't judge what you know nothing about. She handled this whole situation and this dad very well. No need to be rude to the working class.

Shut this place down! Horrible experience at this location. I will never return here again! Looking for a game console charger for my Son, which the Website said "(2) in-stock at this location"." Asked the girl behind the counter to help me find it and she said, "I can't find them anywhere." She literally looked for them for 1 minutes and printed me a receipt to go to a location across town for me to go over there. This store location was a mess, items scattered all over the place, all over the floor, counter and shelves. Horrible, horrendous, and all around disgusting experience! Stay away, and tell everyone you know to do the same. Don't waste your time here. Please, replace this store with better Management or just a different store entirely. I'd give zero stars if I could. Ugh!

I mean thr prices have always been kinda alright. But getitng sold a broken "used" controller is not the best of times. Im glad i got the warranty, but pls make sure all components of a controller are usable.

I bought a Switch OLED online, picked it up, got home and opened the box and the Switch and Joycons were missing. The cashier told me he wouldn’t sell me an empty box. If you must buy from here, check your box before you leave.

The assistant lead or whatever he wants to call himself, Gabe is such a condescending j**** I hate coming to this location and forgot why until i checked out. We get it dude. You're a super cool, awesome, gamer who's above the people who come into this location. However there's no need to be aggressively condescending and talk Down to people bc they don't want to sign up for rewards. You don't need my number to check out. You don't need my number for me to pay. Stop acting like you're Some elite bro. You work at game stop.

I went into this location july of 2022, I wanted to purchase a Nintendo switch to play classic games while flying (have a lot of trips coming up, wanted something to pass the time).The guy working (manager) was extremely un professional, he spoke to me and my wife like we were stupid because I didn’t want to purchase his screen protector or the game stop console warranty. Instead of saying thanks for the purchase, he said good luck without a warranty and set the bag on the counter and walked away.I have worked retail and understand there are goals set for store teams to hit, like selling “extras”… but at this location you get the worst type of up sell and customer service … WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going here … just shop online (like we should have)
