I went here to purchase a Nintendo switch oled . It says they open at 12pm, I was there at 1205pm and the door was closed. Which is ok since their shift just started. However, after I stood there a lady with hair bangs and glasses was training a younger girl. When she finally opened the door I was not greeted, I looked around to give them time since they seemed to be talking about something. When I finally asked if they had the Nintendo switch the lady in glasses just said "we do have it" and proceeded to talk to the younger employee. If she is the manager , she lacks customer service, the fact she was training a younger employee you would think she would show more customer service in order to train her staff better. I left, I will be purchasing my switch elsewhere. Poor customer service, all it takes is one small hi , how can I help you etc.

I thought I got a good deal on a oculus here but it was just head strap replacements in a box haha! The cashier worker gave me and my brother a long receipt of where quest 2's are cause some don't have much 128gb ones

Usually have not had issues. I do have a huge issue when I see my pre-ordered game already gutted when it should not have been. I was the only one that pre-ordered this game and waited months for it only to see it opened the day I get to buy it. I don't like that at all and now have to order a new copy sealed. I have the game digitally and wanted a sealed copy cause I enjoyed the game alot. This not first time this happens either. I hope more attention is paid to what is pre-ordered and what is not so others do not have to go through what I am going through again...Update: got game sealed after almost 1 month later. Thank you to all who helped get another copy in.

Used to go alot when they did midnight releases back in the 2000's. A bit smaller than other GameStop locations.

It's changed customer service is great. But I get it how everything online. I just miss the mid ight release the way it used to be so exciting. It's more of a merchandise store now. But a in all great and professional customer service..

This doesn’t even deserve a 2 start, but at least they had friendly attitudes. Went there to trade in a console, when they started on me they didn’t have any customers. But all of a sudden they get people, and when they have 3 staff and 1 manager on duty, there is no excuse to step away from a customer you’re already helping. Either the other worker or the manager should have stepped in and helped. This is very very poor customer service. Sorry but McCreless is just as busy and better customer service than this. This is not the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. They don’t care about giving you your value, only taking from you instead. I’ll never go to this location again, and trust me I won’t send any of my gaming friends and family here either. I’ll tell them 3 more miles and you’ll be better off.
