This place is running a SCAM!!! Be careful if you go to this store, they been charging me $11.99 for 5 months without my authorization, if I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. If you been scammed by this place call the mall and report them.

Do not trust this place went to buy some shirts and they signed me up for membership in someone else's name and email address. The cashier's cant be trusted. When I called to cancel it I was told it was a D Cervantes member name but charging my card. I'll never go back.

Don't shop here, they lied to me about a free subscription for getting money off checkout for just signing up. 2 months later they charge me a monthly fee and when I called the FYE number. They only cancelled it and wouldn't give me a refund.

I stopped by FYE at Ingram Park a few months ago and, sorry to say, it was just not the same. Not much of a selection on movies. More collectibles and candy/snacks than anything else. Plus it was dead and quiet, no music playing overhead or anything. It was one of mt favorite stores bsck in the day, but its best days are long behind us! The DVD/Movie Exchange stores here in town are way more fun and nostalgic. Plus, they have a lot more movies, music, games, plus lots of colletibles to choose from!

They flat out lied that their rewards program is free, and they sign you up for a "free 3 month subscription" to magazines of your choice. AND SEND THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! Now I'm being charged for magazines I didn't want but "had to choose 3 cause they're free anyways". I was going to go go back here for some other stuff I wanted but am probably just going to return all my items since they want to rip people off and lie to their faces.
