Poor quality, cheap made!Not even 2 years ago I bought a bedroom set, a couch and two living room chairs with ottoman. We had the dresser delivered twice because it was broken, even the one we finally kept it was also broken. The bed broke already, the legs keep falling off do the frame is all bend now and squeaky. The couch already broke, stitches didn't last for long and it not because we are not careful, it is just poor made. The chairs where deliver with stains and legs on the ottoman where all scratched and holes for screws didn't lined up. From all the stuff we bought the only one still ok, is the night stands. Do yourself a favor and don't buy at Furniture Row. Very bad quality, it didn't even last 2 years!!!!!!!

I have a 10 thousand dollar credit limit there and I chose to by buy my furniture at another store. You read between those lines.I don't have to read between those lines. The Furniture employees suck. We bought over 5,000 in bed room furniture, was on our way to buy living room furniture. While in there looking I tripped over a rug that I didn't see. I fell face first. I have two hip replacement's and a bad back. All this fall did was make things worse. The worst thing is the manger Cory at that store acted like it was no big deal.So we will see what the

The staff are very knowledgeable and very polite. Cory answered all of the questions we asked. He was very helpful and thoughtful. He broke things down on the questions we asked. We truly enjoyed having him as the sales person. There’s no need for any changes.

Ask for Mary!! We shopped through a dozen stores and found the only couch that blew us away. Mary was so sweet and patient, Steve the manager was very professional and really confirmed this is our go to furniture store.

very helpful and informative and sales rep did not pressure me. She actually let me browse at my own pace and gave me the time needed to make my decision. I did make a purchase and can't wait to enjoy my recliner.

Huge showroom, beautiful furniture. Actually SEE the furniture as opposed to internet.From the smallest accent to prominent statement pieces, this is the place! Every item we chose was a fair price. Lots of items can be mixed/matched instead of sticking totally to a 'set'. Good Representative to offer help !

Ordered a bed frame and dresser/nightstand in November. Was given Jan 15th as the delivery date. Jan 15th comes and goes with no one reaching out to me. I finally get ahold of someone and now my delivery has been updated to April. This mean I will be sleeping on a mattress on the floor for about 6 months total. Had I known this in the beginning I would have went somewhere else.

The service inside the stores was amazing. The manager was very attentive and gave us his full undivided attention. I was able to find all the furniture I needed in the stores at a great price. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it took 3 separate deliveries for me to get my entire order when it was all supposed to be delivered on one day. The first day I only got 2 of the 6 things I ordered l. I had to call and ask for them to resend my items twice.

My husband, children and I went in to look for living room furniture and no one acknowledged us at all. We walked around the entire store, sitting on multiple sofas and still none of the 3 employees even said hello. An "older" woman came in a few minutes after us and the female employee welcomed her and tried helping her but just glared at us like we were going to shoplift a sofa. Basically if you don't fit their profile of a "buying" customer they won't help you. Sad too because there was something I was interested in but will not purchase from these people, I will take my cash purchase to somewhere that my mixed family will be appreciated. Also we are military so we will let all the other service members know about this as well.

Okay place. Very nice. Everything is properly displayed. My only complaint is that we were there for over an half an hour and no one helped us. The only part that even bothered helping us after so long was the mattress area.
