Can’t say enough about these folks. Very kind attentive salesman. Name brand furniture at discounted costs. Delivery men were very thorough and careful. Night and day between these guys and the larger chain store we used. Appreciate their service and will not go anywhere else in the future!

I went to Furniture Now with a friend who was furniture shopping, I ended up buying a beautiful bedroom set! Eric Rodriguez is a great representation of Customer Service, professionalism, and kindness. The type of employee Furniture Now wants to acknowledge, he deserves a promotion, thank you Eric!!

I had a great experience with Eric, he was extremely courteous and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to make the best selection and I am very satisfied with the sectional that I purchased. I highly recommend Furniture Now.

Disorganized, rude, and have no sense of customer service. Be careful about ordering anything off their “Lay a way” program or lease to own. They say “their system has been down” if that’s the case okay, but at least be courteous and nice to your customers especially if it’s the stores fault.

I would give it a zero, but it doesn’t allow me, MANAGER LATTERLY TOLD ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO WASTE HIS TIME OR EFFOR TO HELP ME AND WANTED ME OIT IF THE STORE CAUSE HE DIDNT LIKE MY ATTITUDE. Very rude! Unprofessional, and lack of customer service.

Martin was professional and knowledgeable. Kudos to the massive computer screen they use to view items in store or to order. My grandmother has vision issues and this assisted a lot for her. She wanted a couch under 1K and this store had just that! Thank you guys for a great experience. Keep up the great work!!

Be careful getting a layaway here. We applied for financing we got denied they told us to go ahead and put it on their way I paid my layaway down from like 2,500 to only $500 and now they convenience me lost our contract and I lost my $2,000 and now they're not trying to do anything about it. They go by paper records instead of computer records. Everybody knows paper records can get thrown away real easy. Be very careful because they will take your money

Was looking at a chair, that was "beyond leather" after knowing what that is and how easily damaged it is and having years of furniture experience myself the gentleman was talking down to me saying it wouldn't need any upkeep and that's its just as great as real leather, when infant it would needs tons of maintained just for it to hopefully last a couple months before it starts peeling

This place has the worst customer service. They will take your money and ghost you! When I first went in, Lee, the sales person was great! He was super kind and accommodating. When my furniture was delivered, we quickly realized it was too big for my living room! Okay, I hold myself accountable for not appropriately measuring my living room. I called and informed them of the situation and was told to come back in and pick out something else. I go into the store and I was told to speak with Martin. I picked what I wanted and that’s when things took a turn for the worst. Martin started to haggle with me on pricing. He informed me the difference was $100. Now I know it was just $100 but honestly, it was the same sofa but smaller. I was trying to understand why the pricing would go up. We went back and forth and he informed me that he would get back to me after he spoke to the “owner”. He stated he would reach out to me the next day by 3 PM. 3 PM comes and goes. I then called the store and Martin seemed annoyed. He said oh yeah I cannot work with you on the pricing of the sofa and if you choose to get the sofa I have to charge you an extra $250 for the difference, another delivery fee, and taxes. I tell him no, I’m not willing to pay that but I will pay $200. I also let him know that I don’t appreciate the feeling of him attempting to handle me. How is it when I was in the store it was only an extra $100 now it’s $250 with additional fees? I told him I feel like he was trying to handle me and Martin tells me well I have no problem selling 10 sofas like that in one month and pretty much the $3000 I’ve spent was nothing. I told him I don’t care if he sold 100 of those sofas, I won’t tolerate his condescending behavior and the fact that he is now attempting to add more fees to the price. I again told him I do not appreciate him attempting to handle me and he said he’ll talk to the “owner” and call me back. 2 days pass and I hear nothing so I call back. I was told that Martin took PTO and was out of town for a few days but they will take my info and have someone else call me back. Another day goes by and no one calls me. I call again and I’m told that Martin is expected to be back the next day and they will tell him to reach out. The next day comes and goes and I receive no call. So here I am with a sofa that is too large for my space and still waiting for someone to reach out. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are far more reputable companies that care about customer service.

Among first impression, they had a variety of different options of furniture in the store. My first initial encounter with the owner (Steve I guess) was just a bit hostile and he had a aggressiveness to him. I am usually a patient person but our encounter made me feel a bit uncomfortable which caused me to leave. Great inventory though!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!I purchased a bedroom set in January 2022 and when they delivered they said they didn't have my mirror and it will be in within the week. I called in February and nothing, I called in March and nothing until finally I went in to see what was going on and was told it had been there since February but when they went to get it for me didn't want to give it to me because it belonged to someone who purchased the same set AFTER me. Well turns out they gave my mirror to that other person so they gave me the mirror with someone else's name on it. OKAY fine, here we are in April and I just got a phone call saying Hey good news we have your mirror in and it is scheduled to be delivered on May 22nd.....ummmmmmm mind you I already finished paying off the account and even paid the delivery fee yet had to pick up my own mirror and assemble myself and they are calling all happy that they have my furniture 5 months after the fact. They don't know which end is up at this place! you have been warned! Purchase at your own risk!!!

Eric Rodriguez and Steven Coben are the nicest, most empathic sales persons ever. It is hassle free business and these individuals made for a most positive sales experience. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking to buy nice furniture at an affordable price. The experience will leave you feeling optimistic about your purchase. I know will visit this place again.
