She takes her time and makes sure you're satisfied . The location is perfect. Not having to drive for over 30min, she's right down street. Perfect spot near LAFB!

Very unprofessional! I was at one location and they stated that they weren't able to do my hair but the other location had availability. From one location to another, it's about a 20 min drive. When I was 9 mins away I received a texts message stating that they canceled on me. I wasted my time and gas driving there! Then she proceeded to argue with me. Doesn't even deserve one star!

This was my 2nd visit to Kadys on Ingram. Honestly I would have not returned but I needed my front braids redone. I went to Kadys yesterday to get the first 3 rows of my box braids redone. My appointment was for 4pm. I did not get in the chair until approximately 6:01pm. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!. During my entire wait I was not acknowledged or an apology for my very long wait. I would have left if the front of my hair wasn't out. The stylists are very rude and uninviting. Upon entering I noticed I was not being greeted, so I took it upon myself to say hello to the stylist that did my hair on my first visit. She barely responded with an Hello. This establishment treats you like they are doing you a favor for just doing your hair when you are the one paying them. Will never come again. So disappointed!!!

The costumer service is horrible at the Ingram location!! I have been there more than 3 times but this will be my last time going there. I brought my own hair and that is what I want to use and they refused to use my hair until they got to the back. And only some of the back. I must use expression hair because my skin easily breaks out with other types of hair. The lady said that the hair that I bought was too short so I went and purchased longer hair and she continued to use the other hair. I let that slide but then after that the other lady in the shop continues to be rude. If we are paying money to get our hair done we are receiving a service and it is not right that when we come in the employees barely open up their mouth to say hello and are rude the whole time. I am a very sweet person and have never had to write a review like this. But there has to be for sure some new workers hired at the Ingram location that like their job or need some training on how to talk to and interact with customers that are paying over $200 everytime they come to the shop!!!!!!!!

I recently got my hair done at the Ingram location. Less than 24 hours later my hair started coming undone. I paid $300 to get my hair done and it's already falling out. The price quoted online and information presented is misleading. The person making the appointments is not aware of what the services entailed. I specifically asked her twice if the hair was included in the price along with the service and she assure me it was. When I got to the shop, I learned the hair was not included and so I ended up getting the hair from them. VERY Disappointed since they have good reviews. For the price they charge for their services things should be more organize and clear. The stylist should all be good not just some of them. The lady in front of me did a phenomenal job on her clients hair. From my observation not all the stylist does sub- standard work....I apparently got an inexperienced stylist.

The best experience I have ever had this is my first time getting Senegalese and I love this hairstyle it’s perfect the location is perfect the stylists are very experienced and very nice I recommend these salons the women who did my hair did it in 4hrs and 30 minutes for medium mid back keep up the good work ladies there was a lady there getting micro braids for her wedding and that women was slaying it and she had her own hair but they ended up finding some more for her great team work.
