This is the most God awful place in the history of repair shops! They have had my husband's truck since February of 2023 can't fix it, won't return it and can never get in touch with the owner. They are the RUDEST PEOPLE to ever run a business!! I have contacted the attorney general's office about this business.

Horrible experience! Owners a liar that doesn't communicate. Didnt honor warranty work on an alignment job that he didnt get right the first time. Had to go somewhere else to get problem fixed.

Chris and the guys are very dedicated to their work and took care of my truck in a timely manner and even followed up days later to make sure all was good. Should be your first stop if you need work on any diesel.

I had a great experience with these guys. Been searching around for places for a lift and they replied very quickly. Kept me up to date on the progress and did exactly what I wanted them to do. Did a 3 inch lift on my Tacoma with 33s. Love it. Will be coming back for more work on my truck. Thanks to all.

I took my Tacoma to Full Force for a body chop to help eliminate some tire rubbing that I had after installing bigger tires. They did an awesome job while providing great customer service. They also installed new headlights for my truck as well. Megan and Chris, along with their staff, have a shop that is second to none. These guys are awesome and talented. Im very picky on who touches my Raptor and I trust these guys. Customer service is second to none. They are down to earth and realistic. Prices are very fair and competitive. Great location too!

So far so good! I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander that is nearly impossible to find any kind of suspension improvements so that I can safely take around my VA provided.electric scooter. They worked with me and it took quite some time to find what we needed or a good solution but they found it and they took the time to find it! Looking forward to having the work done next Monday.

Brought my truck in here three months ago and can't seem to get it back. They won't return calls or texts. They keep pushing back deadlines. I've been nothing but patient only to be blown off consistently. They've now told me that they can't complete the work that they themselves suggested to me. I would seriously suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. This whole experience has been a major loss for me.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. First and foremost the owner Chris, went above and beyond for us. You don't find customer service like that anywhere anymore. That alone says a lot about who he is as a person and how much he cares about his customers. The work that was done on our F250 was excellent. He was very detailed in his work and explanations. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend him to EVERYONE!

I brought my 1986 near mint condition Corvette in for a fuel injection cleaning. One of the staff members backed a jacked up truck into the hood of my car. Instead of filling an insurance claim like the law regulates, the owner said that he would have it repaired like new and assured me that it would be taken care of. After 6 months of trying to reach him on a weekly basis, I informed him that I would take this to the Attorney Generals Office, suddenly the hood is painted not even close to matching the car, but instead left it outside without a hood for six months. He never fixed the fuel injection and now expects me to have it towed out and transported to Mississippi where I now live. This was a beautiful classic corvette with 58,000 miles on it. Now it’s stuck in Helotes Tx. All I can say is that I’m filing with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, BBB ( which they are not a member of ) and holding him accountable for the full value of the car. Take what you want from my story and decide for yourself if want to do business with them. I’m leaving up to my attorney at this point. I’ve never sued anyone before, so if that can relay the kind of service I received, that should say enough. Before and after photos, the car was in fantastic condition before I brought it there.If you’re going to paint a classic vehicle you have to paint the entire car, not just the hood that’s 5 shades different now. Mind you, never repaired for the reason I brought it to them in the first place before they wrecked it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I randomly found Chris and Full Force on FB and man, I’m glad I did! Chris took the time to patiently talk to me about some lingering issues with the DEF system in my 2012 F250.Couple weeks later he got me in and got my truck running better than new!I fully recommend Chris and Full Force.FYI: Full Force required payment in full before starting work on my truck. I thought it was kinda odd but nbd since they exceeded my expectations.

Full Force has great customer service. I took my ram 2500 in for a RC 5in lift and 22in rims with 37in tires. Very satisfied with there serivce the truck came out perfect. Definitely have a life long customer with me. I suggest anyone looking for work done on there truck go with them.
