I have been a Frost bank member for a little over 2yrs. I have nothing short of great experiences since Day 1. Last week I called the Main number for assistance, the service that Antwon provided me, was above and beyond the service I have ever been provided, by any Bank. His exemplary service and professional service and knowledge, was a great relief. He solved my issue, which mind you he had never had before. His patience and intuitive knowledge solved my issue immediately. Having lost my Father 2 days prior, and not wanting to have any hassles, was quickly assuaged by his courteous attitude. Thank you so much Antwon, and Thank you Frost, forevermore your loyal customer.

I have a business on the Southside. Every time I try to go to either of the 2 locations near my store, the line is like Starbucks on a Monday morning. So, I decided to try here, as I don't live far from this location. Their business hours listed on their Yelp page show them opening at 7:30. So, I got up early, was at the drive thru at 7:25. 20 minutes later, I look on the Frost Bank website, and it says 8:00. So, I wasted about 45 minutes of my day.

I've been in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes I FINALLY get to the teller place and there is no canister... they tell me there's a shift change and they're sanitizing everything. I'm DONE !!! Line #4 When I was finally done after 30 minutes NO APOLOGY NOTHING ....Since they don't appreciate my 35 years of business I'll move over to Broadway.

This is a terrible web site. No banking hours. I wanted to know what their drive-thru hours were, but none of this information is available.
