This bank is OPEN, but the gate is closed giving the impression it is closed. If you walk up and knock on the door, they will unlock it and serve customers one at a time.

I have been banking with Frost since 1981. I have never had a problem that they did not help me with. When my husband was robbed, they jumped in and gave us solutions that we hadn't even thought of! I've never had a bank work so hard for me.

Some reason today they didnt greet me at the window nor did they say they will have my deposit out shortly on 11/12/2019 Tuesday at around 2:00pm. That shows lack of customer service. Id expect better from a bank.

Do not open an account here. This bank has some of the worst service me and my fiance have ever seen. There are too many fees and when you deposit money you will not get it until the next day, which is incredibly inconvenient. I have told them multiple times not to over withdraw my account as they charge a fee and they continue to do so. Also for some reason my fiance, who is a black woman, is treated very differently next to me as we are both in the same financial situation but somehow they will not let her withdraw money from her check. Makes zero sense and the lady who waited on her was VERY rude. We plan on closing our accounts next week.

This is by far the worst bank in San Antonio and it’s unfortunate that the Frost logo is associated with it. Atm is always down it’s absolutely pitiful. Go to any other frost location not this one.
