Walked in, cash in hand, and was denied an account because I didn't want to meet with a financial advisor too. I had a simple need but they immediately pushed for full financial services or no checking account. Insane and insulting. Went to nearby Broadway Bank and got my account set up in a few friendly minutes.

Frost Bank is nothing like they used to be. #1 no Apple Pay #2 lobby hours are ridiculous #3 unbearable customer support, I have three different forms of communication trying to resolve a simple banking issue. I am Left to switch Banks Because I Cannot Deposit Checks in my Bank Account Via Mobile Phone & tablet. Weeks of lack of customer support is leaving me without the services that I need.

Every time I come in some one is being helped and the other teller is just standing around,letting me know some one will be with me when she could be helping me. nonsense when other Banks make customers their first priority
