I bought a car on October 31, 2023 and it had a noise. They told me to sign like this and they would immediately solve it and today, January 2024, the car no longer works and they told me that I no longer have warranties on the engine and transmission and I will have to pay for it myself. the composure, the truth is, I don't recommend it, they practically stole my downpayment and the 2 payments I made as soon as the plates arrived and the car no longer works, they only told me that if I was going to deliver it, they would take it to the dealer and my down payment was already lost, it's a robbery???

DON'T GET CAR FROM HERE ... SOCAL SAID THEY PUT MY TRANSMISSION WHEN I WENT UNDER THERE TO CHECK IT WAS AN OLD RESTED ONE... STILL HAVING A LOT OF DAMN PROBLEMS WITH DAMM CAR ..DONT GET CAR FROM HERE???????

There are a few workers, but only 1 guy seems to handle the business. When we went he was trying to juggle at least 5 different groups of people, he would disappear for long periods of time, and then pop up and say he'd be with us in a minute, then disappear again. He needs to learn how to delegate to another salesman so everyone's needs are met. He then asks us which one of his vehicles he should drive to the coast. (Perks of having a car lot, I guess), but I don't want to buy a vehicle you and your family got to enjoy and just added hundreds of extra miles on before I purchase it. The prices are high for some of the vehicles that had clearly been in accidents before and then restored.

This place sold my mom a vehicle and not even a week of having it, it started having problems and she took it back in for repairs or see if she can trade it in but Charlie the manager said no trade but they will fix it but she still has to pay half for the repairs and won’t even talk to my mom, he just walked away!DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM HERE!Well now they gave her another issue, they wanted her to leave her vehicle there to fix the transmission cause that’s what’s going out on the vehicle that they just sold her a week ago and for her to pay half of the cost. But idk how that was gonna work cause they don’t even have a mechanic who works on the transmission there lol, this place is a joke

I went in last month got into a nice suv loved the service and the guy to go to would be me Adam a week after getting my suv the horn was not working as it suppose neither was my driver side signal light I called them up set up a appointment and they fixed it without charge I love them for always helping people out when nobody else would in town and my credit score wasn’t even good but they approved me thank you to friendly auto sales southside all day!!!

I dropped off my car with maro and for a month I was calling everyday asking if they had found a motor yet so I can pay my 30% and they can start working on it . They still hadn't found one after a whole month . When I passed by my truck was in the corner dirty like it hadn't been touched in over a month . So when I decided to surrender it charlie decided to only give me a day to get my belongings out the truck when they are suppose to give you 30 days to get everything out . This company just has bad service all around and will not be recommending anyone over there no longer .

I had a great time selling my car to this amazing company! Charlie at the lot is so handsome and I would totally trust my kids around him.My daughter told me “mommy that man is so good at selling cars! Plus he has great hair. I wonder what shampoo he uses! “ hahaha what a hoot she is! Easily 6/5 starts. Wish I could give more! I would die for Charlie.

They lack customer service. You shouldn't sell a car with a bad headlight, and when the customer brings it to your attention you should make things right. They chose not too. Hopefully they come to a better understanding of customer service.

Wish I read reviews before we got a car from here. All the cars are LEMONS and all the sales men are SCAMMERS don't waste your money here even the worker who I spoke to when returning the car said the place is a scam. All good reviews are 9 out of 10 the people who work there. Don't get a car with a sun roof because it won't close back up after you open it and God forbid you use the AC because the compressor will go out before your first payment and they won't fix a thing on the car all the "mechanics" are rude and just sit and look at the car without actually fixing it then give it back worse then before. Hopefully you're not a music lover because the car might not have speakers throughout the car. Whole dealership needs to be shut down cause now I'm out 18 hundred ? save yourself and RUN!
