I regret not getting the name of the young lady that helped us but she was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful. Top notch customer service and all the boots and shoes are gorgeous!

We didn't go to buy anything, but we couldn't resist the amazing shoes and boots they have! The Paxton blacks are stunning! Liz R. was courteous and will be doing some stretching on the shoes to help fit my small but wide feet! Amazing service. Their hats were too small at the moment. Hopefully, they'll be getting some larger sizes soon.

I had purchased a pair of boots online but I needed to exchange them. I called the store to confirm what I wanted was in stock and the sales rep that responded was very friendly and helpful, walking me through the purchase of the right pair and she reserved them for me until I was able to come in to pick up. When I made it in I was greeted with welcome excitement and a polite staff. The store was very inviting and the merchandise was beautifully displayed. I was very impressed by the service and I look forward to coming back!

Freebirds is the absolute BEST shoe store when it comes to boots! Honestly, I thought I would never find a boot that fit the way I wanted them to. Enter Freebirds... These boots were a dream from the moment I unzipped them. The leather felt like silk, and then I slid them on my feet...it was like my feet had melted into butter! I love my boots, and I love this store! Side note...the staff is AMAZING! I highly suggest you visit AND BUY boots from these ladies. They know their product and are great girls all around! I have been a fan of freebird for a long time so anytime I need something this store is here to help! For example Ashley has taken time out of her day to help me find my dream boots! It's extraordinary how much she has gone out of her way to help me!! I appreciate it so much. The store is always clean, the staff is always kind and welcoming. Thanks for being amazing!

this was my first time going to this store I originally went in for the pink multi-snake coal boots and the Cora boots but this location did not have them so I ended up getting them in a gorgeous distressed stone color and hand picked mine from the display I also ended up getting the crue boot in a very pretty distressed olive color the staff was super friendly and answered all my questions if you were looking for more of a distressed looked they were happy to see what they had on hand because they are hand made from leather hide not all of the boots are excatly the same which makes them even more unique I'll definitely be going back to buy more I'm normally a 6-6.5 and my first pair of freebirds are a 7 yes they fit but after going to the store and trying them on the 6 fit alot better and will stretch

I got my first ever pair of Cowgirl boots from this location! Kayla was a doll and brought out several options that fit my style! The store and all her associates were so cute, I even took some inspo pics for my Instagram! I truly felt at home when one of the gals went out of her way to arrange a group of gals for a cute photos while they were shopping for their first boots! Kayla was a true gem, and I’ll be coming back to see her and her team regularly!!

Been looking for awhile for a great fitting, all leather zip up boot that wasn’t a cowboy boot (cowboy boots are what they specialize in). Never heard of Freebird and happened upon it. These are great boots that are 100% leather and I expect them to get better and better over the years. The salespeople there were very helpful and patient. Highly recommend this store as these are handmade in Mexico.

Poor quality boots. They look nice from afar but check the stitching and everythingYou will see holes and material separating. Spent $1500 here and returned every pair back.Better off going to a real boot store. These are just for fashion and show.Customer service was nice though.
