This was our first time dealing with Fred Loya Insurance. After reading reviews we were somewhat reluctant. Jeannette Vasquez changed our whole outlook. Ms Vasquez was professional and thorough. Clueless! Didn't really help my situation. The lady kept calling her supervisor but didn't tell me what was going on. I had to repeatedly ask her questions. It was like pulling teeth. Poor customer service. Lack of experience or training.
