Always try to came to this location after work and says it closes at 6 but when I get out and get here by 5 it's closed someones inside but has the door closed a sign that says back in 10min very disappointing when I been try to come here for almost 2 weeks and this is closest location . An Fyi y'all need a better team for this location or someone that really wants to work

Let’s play Sucks it’s like other businesses they get your money then customer service goes to zero. They made a mistake on my name when they did my policy and even with absolutely no customers at their office they won’t do anything to help make it right and they are the ones at fault.

Do not get your insurance through this company. We were in a car accident that was not our fault, and Fred Loya flat out told us that we don't pay them enough for them to fight for us. My car won't get fixed unless I want to pay out of pocket $2000.00. They won't do anything to help. But they'll take our money every month.

Fred loya is okay to have if God protects you & you never get in an accident. Even if it is clearly not your fault - they will encourage for a settlement- guess they have money to just give out at “70%” . Stupids.
