This location is the specific issue.l but let’s be real Francesca’s is a clothing store equivalent of Cracker Barrel. They spice it up by adding some tote bags and coffee mugs with cuss words. Onto my specific problem from today. The cashier did not understand the return policy as stated on their website or she was willfully being ignorant. I had the item (25$ sweater) the tag from the sweater, and the original receipt and she said bc the tag wasn’t connected to the sweater I could only get store credit. The item # from the tag matched the sweaters tag on the inside mind you. I called customer service after walking back to my car and they offered to email a district mgr for me and that’s it. So I tried calling the store hoping a mgr would be there and clear things up and end of story. The phone was not answered after I tried calling 10 times. So I drove 25 more min to another Francesca’s (lacantera) and what do you know they returned it without any trouble because she knew w/o me saying anything to match up the tag # with the sweater tag # .

The staff here are lazy. I tried joining the rewards and gave her my phone # and she started making a fake email in my name instead of asking me my real email.

Had to rush in for a last minute outfit for a night out and let me tell you..the sales associate Amanda was absolutely fabulous! She helped me pick an outfit quickly and even recommended some places to bar hop with my friends. She even upselled me for a pair of gorgeous boots. I’ve never felt so welcomed I felt like I was shopping with one of my girls.

I’ve shopped here for many years; not sure if management has changed or what, but it’s an unpleasant environment to shop. The women are so unfriendly, and unwelcoming. They’d rather speak to one another of non-work related conversation, rather than to assist with a smile. Maybe, it’s just not a good day, but gathering from other reviews, it appears to be a new trend here. Maybe these reviews will urge them to change their way of running a business. Positive energy helps bring good things your way, people.. Be happy!

The women who work at this particular location are SO RUDE! Rude to the point where I almost asked the women working there if there was something wrong…. But this unfortunately was not the first time I had experienced this at this particular location… All I can say is to avoid the one in the Quarry at all costs… The women appear to go out of their way to be particularly unhelpful, snooty, just create an uncomfortable environment overall- Period. When I have a million other places I could shop for better clothes, better quality and better prices than this mediocre lil nothing store.

Worst customer service experience with the store manager, Dre. (When asked her name, she couldn't even give me her full name) I wanted to do a return for a dress I had ordered 11/3/2021 and finally had time to pick it up today. The manager refused my return because of their 21 day policy and wanted to give me store credit for a dress I had just picked up. She said if it was a "handful of days over I would make an exception" which tells me, she just didn't want to help me out. I will probably go to another store to do my return and get my store credit because that is not the issue at hand. When asked if you can make an exception for an online customer, given covid and how crazy times are now, as a manager, you should just help the customer out given the circumstances. I could be in the wrong here, but when a manager is contradicting and unable to empathize, it definitely tarnishes my entire perspective of that store. So I will no longer visit the quarry Francesca's if Dre is the one to set an example for the employees. I really hope this review reaches someone and this behavior and attitude is corrected immediately because "Dre" is not someone who should be representing the Francesca's franchise.

I used to love coming to this little boutique but I was highly disappointed with the attitude of the staff today. They told me “good luck” in finding what I was looking for then continued to talk about couples massage while I was browsing. Unfortunately it left a poor taste in my mouth and I will not return.

Discounts. Discounts. More Discounts! My wife and I stopped in over Labor Day Weekend. She picked up a nice purse for $19.99, and a very nice blouse and a pull over shirt for nice prices. The salestaff is always very friendly and helpful.

Cute stuff, but absolutely no size inclusivity at all. The largest fit like a small or a medium from most other places, and that's the highest they go. Also pretty overpriced for the quality.

The staff is awesome!! I was trying to find a white dress for pictures and Tammy went around the store and grabbed every white dress in my size for me to try on.

I prefer Belgiumesca's. Located at the Quarry this is a high-end Boutique that is actually just a mall chain which charges a lot and tries to appear like a boutique. Barbie is not very impressed and we were coming here to see if they had one particular item that seems to be sold out all over and they didn't. They were friendly enough, and it's a really cool Mall and they have a lot of good stock if you like this kind of thing - but it doesn't really suit Barbie.
