The customer service has been amazing during the time I have working with this location. I would highly recommend you come here for any Fossil needs. My parents gave me a watch as a graduation present and some of the stones fell out. They have been going above and beyond to make sure that the watch is fixed. I truly appreciate this staffs kindness and customer service. Thank you especially to Chris and Adriana for all of their help with my watch issues.

We came to the mall to buy a gift and was looking at the different watches in Fossil. John C was very attentive right away and was able to help us find the perfect watch. He was very sweet and had such a good energy that made shopping here a pleasure.

Dezaray is so sweet, she sized my husband’s watch to one of his personal watch perfectly! She was so helpful with the engraving as well letting me know how many letters fit and making sure everything was written correctly!! 10/10 would come again!!!

I went watch shopping for the first time for an anniversary gift, and Cris was very helpful. He tried on several different watches, explained differences between them, and answered my questions. He was patient and kind throughout which I appreciated! I ended up getting a watch with an additional strap for a decent price. Engraving the watch was free. A wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic experience at the Fossil store in La Cantera, thanks to Reyes. He helped me choose two perfect watches for both my dad and father-in-law. Reyes was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found exactly what I needed. If you're looking for a great watch and excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Reyes by name. You won't be disappointed!

Big shout out to Dezaray for helping me today! Came in to add a link to my watch due to it being too tight and Dezaray got it done. She was professional, knowledgeable, and added the link in no time! I totally do not recommend this location for replacing you Fossil watch battery. I brought my 2 Fossil watches here because it was more convenient and faster than mailing my watches to Fossil for battery replacement. Plus I only paid $10 per battery replacement. I thought that better care for my watches would occur taking them back to the company instead to one of those random watch repair stores around town. I was sadly mistaken. The employee was in such a rush to service my watches, he didn't properly seed one of the pins for the metal link watch band. Fortunately it wasn't bent and I was able to use a tool to carefully remove the pin to properly reseed it. For my other watch, he damaged the back cover panel and the watch bezel so much that it would have scratched my skin during wear. I had to use a mechanical filer and a buffer to smooth out the metal. The bright side is the damage is on the back of the watch bezel, not the top. I will never bring my watches back to this location ever again. The mail in service costs more but is way better.

Worst inconsistent experience causing me unnecessary trips. The experience depends on who you get. So far, 2 employees have been difficult to work with. The guys there seem to be more customer oriented and deliver what the website advertises - free embossing any time.I like the brand but above all how you can personalize the products. I purchased products online and went to the store to get them embossed when I finalized what to add.I finally find time and I am told they cannot emboss it because it is an outlet wallet so I have to go to the outlet. Then I insist and I am told the product is not emboss-able.No where in their website does it say I have to go to the outlet for outlet products. The sad part is that if I were to come again and the right person would be there, there would have been no issues.Waste of time and money.
