I've been working with Scott for a long time. We met the first year in person and have since corresponded digitally ever since. I trust him and the Flint team to handle my tax liabilities year in and year out. Their rates are reasonable and Scott is extremely knowledgeable when I have questions or request clarifications. As long as I'm in business, I'll be using Flint to prepare and submit my taxes.

I spoke with Flint for the first time last year after needing to change my tax professional in many years. They were and continue to be fantastic! They answered all my questions, set me up to be able to submit all my information to a secure vault, and most importantly, they are responsive. My husband and I found Flint CPA through internet searching and were impressed with their reviews. On the phone prior to coming into the location we were told what to bring and the consult would include a review of all items and a way to set us up for next year to ensure we made savvy decisions that would better prepare us for next year’s filings. Since it’s a one hour appointment I asked how they’d manage to analyze our paperwork and position so quickly. They explained it would be a two visit process, one to meet with us and the second after they had done some analysis (in between the two appointments) with our personal information provided at the first appointment. We showed up, were promptly charged $500, went through the first appointment, and handed over the information requested. During the session there were little tidbits here and there, not much we didn’t already know by using the popular self-filing methods. The appointment wrapped up, we attempted to schedule the second appointment, that’s when the person informed us this one and only sit down concluded the entire consult. We were confused on how this appointment merited such a stiff fee. We left a bit put out thinking we didn’t want to cause a scene, we’d call the owner later to get answers. We called back and after finally getting routed to the owner’s line (the person was intent on not letting us through), we had to leave a voicemail. Our call was never returned. We are concerned on how this is a reputable business. We are looking for a full refund as the appointment did absolutely nothing.

My husband and I went to Flint, CPA for our tax services and were very happy with the results. We enjoyed your fast and professional work especially this year with COVID. They were more than willing to help us remotely to ensure social distancing.In the past we have filed by ourselves. But with Flint, they helped us find ways to save and we got a way bigger return than ever before. I would highly recommend them for anyone’s future tax needs.

Wanted to charge a $500.00 consultation fee because we are so close to the filing deadline, that is in addition to the regular fee. This is a disgusting example of business' trying to take advantage of people.

Worked with Flint CPA for several years. When I received a letter from the IRS claiming that I owed far more than I actually did, Scott quickly notified me and laid out a plan of action. We were able to prove that not only did I not owe that amount, but actually ended up getting a refund on top of it! Highly recommended for business owners.
