Great selection, very knowledgeable staff. If you are a 100 mile + per week runner or a casual jogger, Fleet Feet will find the proper shoe for you. Add in the other items such as clothing and other running equipment and Fleet Feet is just about perfect.

This was my second time in the store. The last time was about 2 years ago when I had my first experience! I have very sensitive feet & plantar fasciitis, so I went through the process of getting my feet looked at with the monitors they use to see what shoes are best for me! I got a pair of insoles and shoes and they lasted 2 years! I went back in to get another pair and was helped so quickly and kindly!

The sales person that I Worked with was exceptionally talented at understanding a customer needs. She was very confident and knowledgeable about the types of shoes she was selling. She was also very relatable and open to really listening. I was so impressed by her. She is doing a great job! I regret I didn’t get her name so that I could add it here. She was wearing a Clark high school volleyball shirt.

Fleet Feet at the Rim had an awesome Ladies' morning. They put me through my gait and checked my arches and were knowable in the shoes they are selling. They put me in a sneaker I feel comfortable in doing 5k. Chris was patient with me.

Came in for some running shoes and had an interesting experience… The older lady named Jodee, who I assume was the manager was condescending to me and to her employees .. made me very uncomfortable and not want to buy shoes, I went to REI instead.
