Went there to see if we could find shoes to fit someone with a severe pronation. A brand of shoes was recommended by my doctor but it was not to be. Thankfully, Cameron came to the rescue and after listening carefully to what was needed and some research on his part, he was able to find the perfect fit. Thank you!!

Truly the best shoe store!! Super helpful, attentive and friendly staff. They don't work on commission, so there's no pressure to buy. We left another retailer with less than stellar service and came to Fleet Feet, and it was a great experience!

Customer service is no good. Waited 10 minutes to be helped, left came back and same thing. Staff just chit chatted with people who weren't even buying anything. It sucks because i wanted to buy from here and do foot scan but i don't have all day

My review is specifically for Cameron! I might not know the first thing about running shoes, but I know what good customer service looks like, especially when the salesperson is passionate about what they're selling. Cameron was beyond thorough, was personable, and worked with me through 7 or 8 pairs of shoes. We deduced which would be best for what I need, and found a winner. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I can't express enough how grateful I am to have someone with a great attitude & patience to help me! All of my concerns and questions were weighed into the final decision. Thank you, Cameron!

Carlos at the Quarry was our staff person and he was very knowledgeable about shoes! He was able to fit us according to our foot specifics. We were so happy to have his service as we needed a good walking shoe for our trip to Italy and he was amazing!!! The shoes are of great quality!
