We purchased a matrix recumbent bike. The best they had and Mike was the great! He has a lot of knowledge with the equipment in his store. I appreciate his help with picking out the equipment we needed that best suited our needs.

Wife and I had been looking to get into the WaterRower game for a few weeks now. After a lot of research the only other thing to do was perform a hands-on inspection in order to ultimately make a wise decision. Discovered that FIM actually stock piles these babies so paid them a visit Saturday 1/8/22. While we were of course masked-up, thrilled to see both gentlemen working the shop this day were also wearing masks. Keep you safe-keep us safe-thank you for putting public safety first. Strong chance we would have not entered or left quickly otherwise. We had the pleasure of working with Derek. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. While we knew exactly what we were looking for, just wanted to get a feel for the rower with a test drive and quality inspection. The WaterRower itself is a high quality piece of equipment that looks modern/sharp and comes with a rich history of helping people meet their fitness goals. Derek was accommodating, easy going, and certainly not pushy. They had our model in stock, fully assembled, competitive price, and ready to go. Combined with Derek's great service made it a no brainer for us to just buy now. Buying was easy; paid, got a mini tutorial, and Derek loaded it up in our truck. Got home, easy unload, and had our first rowing session within an hour. Thank you for a great experience Derek we will definitely return to FIM for our future fitness needs.

Got some dumbbells a bench and a step mill C50 from these guys. Always knowledgeable and free delivery and set up even upstairs!!!

I had address 4718 Macro, San Antonio. GPS (google) which put me 100 yards from mt space on Macro.Got out and walked about and found that 4700 and up are located right at bottom of Macro.Plenty space so just lookin south uneven 47's to ur left and evens to ur right.Just walk around n find location u looking for.

All around terrible customer service. I work for an apartment community and was told, "We dont have time for multi family housing, we are busy with fire stations and schools, maybe you should look elswhere." Really??

I am very happy with my experience with Brandon at Fitness In Motion. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of everything that is on the market pertaining to fitness. He helped me pick out the treadmill that best fit my needs and wants. Highly recommend him and his store!

The staff is Amazing... I went to HEST fitness first to buy a tredmill and the salesman there actually made me not wnt to buy anything, he was cocky, didn't listen to what I want kept trying to sell me expensive equipment I didn't even want.. I left and went to fitness in motion and they were the total opposite. Friendly, not pushy and very helpful.. I ended up buying a 2,200 tredmill from them! And I'm going back for more equipment.. even the their delivery guys are friendly. They listened to my request for a quiet delivery because my baby was asleep and they installed my tredmill with barely any noise. I highly recommend them. love it there

If you are ever in need of ANY fitness equipment or accessories, do yourself a favor & go see Mike Nichols at Fitness in Motion! He has in-depth product knowledge of everything he carries and even products he doesn't carry. His prices are very reasonable. He makes great recommendations and never tries to upsell. That kind of honesty and integrity is a rare and always a pleasant surprise. We love dealing with Mike. So far we have bought Powerblocks and a treadmill from Fitness in Motion. Our purchases were delivered on the day promised and set up free of charge. The delivery guys were pleasant and courteous. They showed us how to use our new equipment and did not leave until we were satisfied and comfortable with the operation. They also told us to call any time we have questions. Here's a money saving tip that Fitness in Motion is NOT allowed to divulge to potential customers. But luckily for you, I don't work for Fitness in Motion and can say whatever I want :) Here it is.... If you have health issues (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc) and your doctor recommends that you workout in order to combat your issues, have your doctor write you a prescription for EXERCISE...or similar wording. This prescription can be used to pay your sales tax. When buying a big piece of equipment, this will save you hundreds of dollar! Fitness in Motion staff will tell you about this tax break deal after you've decided to purchase. It's not like they are trying to hide it. They just can't use it as a sales tactic. I'm letting you know so that you can save time by getting that 'script beforehand. So enjoy the Holidays. Get fat and jolly with your loved ones. Then come see the gang at Fitness in Motion to help you get those lbs. off!

My husband and I bought a treadmill from Fitness in Motion as our Christmas present to our house. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during our decision making process, and we couldn't be happier with our True PS300. The delivery was quick and easy and very professional as well. We recently returned to Fitness in Motion in search of some adjustable dumbbells and we found exactly what we were looking for, and never felt pressured into getting anything that we didn't want/and or need. If you're looking for high quality equipment that's a HUGE step above places like Academy and Dicks, check them out!
