Went here to buy some pickleball shoes. They were very helpful and have a nice selection. They also have a good selection of paddles. I would shop here again.

Amazing, friendly staff. All employees take the time to help make sure my son has the right racket. Very helpful on choices and giving their opinions. Quick and reliable. This is the only place we come to and we will continue to come here!!!

The Staff here was extremely knowledgeable and nice! They helped me understand everything I need to know about rackets and stringing. I highly recommend going to this place if you are looking for a racket that’s a good fit for you.

Ran in to drop off THREE racquets before an afternoon match. Ran into my old high school tennis coach, John Strahl. Coach Strahl talked my ear off for 25 minutes reminiscing about the glory days. Before I could make it to the door, First Serve had already finished all 3 of my racquets, and I wasn't even late for my match. It was also good to see Strahl. You'll always run into someone from the tennis community when visiting this first class San Antonio tennis establishment.

Bad customer service recently. Rudeness from the owner last few times I went in. He is arrogant, he thinks he has enough business that he does not have to be customer friendly anymore. So I took my business elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees about tennis. They helped me with correct tennis shoe size and restring the racket based on playing style. Rich, Brandon and all employees are very helpful with a big smile.
