Every time I need help, Steven and this other tall guy always go above and beyond for me. They never mind going to the back checking for sizes and how many pairs they have for example an exclusive release, if a pair doesn’t look right as a manufacturer defect, they both have gone back there to check for the best pair. There’s a girl there with glasses who is COMPLETELY rude. Gave me an attitude and when the gentleman were not there as if I was bugging her where there was no customers. I felt very uncomfortable while getting helped and rung up. My total was above 300 dollars and still giving me an attitude? On a slow day ? The actions said it all with her and is not up to par like Steven. If the company ever sees this or corporate, Steven needs a recognition for all of his hard work and providing excellent customer service. I get the best information from Steven that guy needs a raise or some reward for sure. Thank you Steven for always taking care of me

Went to return shoes in store because they sent me the wrong size. I’m a size 6.5 and they mailed me a 9. So the girl at the counter did the return and reordered them and there was an old address from an apartment so she had to change it to a house address but it kept showing the apt # on the credit card monitor and I told her that there isn’t supposed to be an apt # and she told me that in the system it already updated and it will only show the house address on tracking AND TO GO AHEAD AND ACCEPT THE ADDRESS ON THE SCREEN ANYWAYS….later that day I received a tracking but it still showed the apt #. I had to pay ups $23 to make a change on the address so they can deliver it. Could’ve been avoided if she was more knowledgeable about using her computer, I’m sure she doesn’t care about it though.

I love going to finishlineMy favorite is in the Rivercenter but their all pretty goodYoung ppl do need to work on their customer service skills tho ? ? ?Lol yeah but don't hesitate to speak to the DM they are on top of everything and very responsive and courteous ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Picked up a pair of Old Skool Vans for $55. Since its Rolling Oaks Mall the selection isn't that great. I was looking for Gum Bumpers but not from that store on that day. Probably have to hit up North Star or La Cantera.
