Great service.. good wash. Great vacuums. As with most car washes the back of my car always is a little dirty but they provide good drying rags and that fixes that.

If You have more than one vehicle here in this car wash be aware, they Will still charge You and they Will tell You they Will credit the times charged.... And they never do, this is not good business specially when You show bank statements it's still not gonna be good enough and Will not honor any type of refund or credit I WILL NO LONGER COME TO THIS CAR WASH MINUS 5 STARS, haber si me tienes una respuesta aquí por favor

Paid for a gold package which includes tires and my car still had bird poop after going through the cycle and my tires were not clean ??♀️??♀️

Since Finish Line took over Zipcar, carwah the quality has significantly declined. The cars aren't properly cleaned, with dry spots of dust remaining, and the vacuums lack suction. The prep line seems to consist only of teenagers who don't put in much effort. I'd prefer to go to the carwash down the road and clean my car myself.

1st time going here!! SERVICE was Awesome!! Staff was Awesome ? Drive thru car wash but they scrubbed my tires before I went in and pretty much scrubbed the car and then we went thru the car wash ?? Car came out Looking FRESH ? AND SHINY ??? AND FREE VACCUM AFTERWARDS ?? Thank you!! We will be back! ??

It's Decent, However, they should slow down the timer of wash to about 6 seconds slower-So My car can get washed better and dried better. I can go either way, of going or not back.

My car comes out excessively wet sometimes with a soap film. The crew needs to do a better job scrubbing the dirty areas on my car rather than the areas that are obviously not dirty like the hood or front wind shield. Seems they just go through the motions with their brush
