Quality, quantity and quick service add up to a wonderful experience. The prices and helpful staff are refreshing. The employees don’t follow you around in the humidor like other cigar shops.

Was in town for a concert and weekend getaway. My girlfriend looked for cigar lounges near the hotel we were staying. Found this quaint place via the Yelp website. We walked into the humidor and found a large selection of cigars that were not over priced. We purchased some and went into the smoking room and had wonderful conversations with other gentleman from the area. We will be back.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert, but wanted to go somewhere for a quick smoke and to relax. I looked up cigar lounges near our hotel and Finck came up. We were not disappointed. The humidor was huge and very nicely organized. The service was extremely friendly as well. We found sticks that we've been looking for along with a few new ones. They had a nice little smoke room with 10 chairs that were comfortable. I will say if we ever come back to San Antonio we will definitely be back to Finck Cigars!

If you like or LOVE Cigars, this is the place for you! They have 3 locations in San Antonio, my store is the West Ave location. They have something for every cigar smoker. From the top shelf Drew Estate, to the unboxed bundles. They also have a lounge and a rewards program. See you there!

Cons: Worst Vape Shop in San AntonioJk but seriously, great selection (Both of cigars and cigar sizes) and everybody is always super helpful, I dont know what else you want/need. Nice patio section to smoke outside too.

Very kind and helpful staff. I was able to call ahead and confirm the availability of the product I was buying, and because the location is so great; shopping here was a breeze. We normally shop at the Broadway and helotes locations and are very happy to have this location as a great option for when we're on this side of town.

My favorite location out of the 2. I like the other one, I like this one more though and it has more also. I always had a good experience here. They have more cigars and overall better atmosphere I feel. I like the setup of the lounge. I do in the other one also but again, this one is better and feels more cosy and homey. Very nice staff as well.

As a retired & former airline pilot, I have purchased cigars all over the US & Canada. Finck's is my go-to store. Super employees, great inventories & best prices. I also use their quarterly shipments to locations outside Texas.
