I had the pleasure of working with Nereyda and Robert evaluating a beautiful Ferrari they are representing on behalf of the car’s owner. While the transaction will likely not materialize, Nereyda and Robert did everything in their power to both represent the car well and be exceptionally responsive to my long list of requests. I hope I have the opportunity to finalize a transaction with them and this dealership.

I bought a Ferrari California T off the showroom floor in 2016! Her name is “Prancer,” for the Prancing Horse. I love that car so very much. The Ferrari of San Antonio dealership has treated me with kid gloves all these years. The sales staff and the service staff, and support staff, are so professional and outstanding! In all these years, I’ve never had a negative issue. These people are outstanding at customer service: Michael Hausauer, sales; AJ Brown, Service; Elias Nawas, Sales Manager; Blake Riesz, Experience Manager; Enrique Ordonez, sales; Amber Villanueva, Receptionist; Jim Smalley, Master Technician; William Schroeder, Technician; Marcos Guajardo, service, and Gabe in service.
I mention all these people in the front and the back of the dealership, because each and everyone has made my experience personal, and they always make me feel so welcome, and most importantly, they are extremely professional and prompt when “Prancer” needs to go in for service or any other work.
I’ve had many vehicles and Ferrari of San Antonio is second-to-none in sales and service. I truly consider them my family!!!

As a 27 year old, it’s difficult to be treated with seriousness at dealers, but Ferrari of San Antonio went above and beyond and I ended up buying a 2019 488 Spider. Grace and Robert took excellent care of me. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I had countless questions and concerns as it was my first super car, but they made sure I felt comfortable and assuaged any worries. Ask for Grace when you are ready for your Ferrari, you’ll be in good hands.

Sales Consultant Nereyda Escamilla was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took very good care of me and was so quick to respond and help me. I buy many exotic cars and she is one of the best I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend reaching out to her directly, especially if you are looking for a long distance purchase like I was. She's great!

I went by the dealership and asked Robert Cordona to take a picture of me next to my new car. The place was dead and there wasn’t a single customer in sight. He refused saying I didn’t buy it from that dealer. Mind you, I did buy from a Ferrari dealer (out of state). Unfortunately San Antonio just didn’t have what I was looking for. Regardless, I’m taking it to be serviced there on Monday and I am a customer. Honestly, I’m just shocked about the way he treated me. I’m sure he’s not a reflection of the whole dealership however, it is really disappointing for what was supposed to be happy moment for me with my first Ferrari, was just ruined.
