went to buy a vehicle from Fernandez Honda. I had CASH. They submitted me to these bizarre questionaires that ask all kinds of bizarre questions .."like what town do i live in" They play Mind games. really perverted an F'd Up.Then when I went back to get my plates ( which BTW they never called to tell me they had) They want to 'shake me down' for more questionaires and scams.Probably be best to go elsewhere.I will add another review on this dealership as I get more information.

Parts department always saying honda no longer manufacters part or is discontinued when calling on the phone. But when I drive to the counter I get a different answer.

I took my 2022 Honda pilot in for it's 90-day inspection. Geoff Tassey, service consultant, was extremely customer-oriented. I appreciate how helpful Geoff was and that he offered direction, as I am a newer customer and didn't know proper protocols at this location. I have had great experiences here, overall, with the exception of, perhaps, a few people who treated me like I was bothering them. However I am very grateful for today's experience and the fact that I got in and out...I didn't have to wait too long at all. Also, 3 out of the 5 people I encountered were extremely pleasant! Thank you, Mr. Tassey, and God bless you for your time and assistance. Yes, you were only doing your job, but you also performed your duties in a way that communicated that I am a valued customer!

Just waited four hours for an oil change, which would've been completely fine. What they failed to do was inform me my car was finished in just under an hour. I was sitting not 20 feet from the service desk and nobody came to tell me the car was done after I specifically told them I'll be waiting in house. They just walked by me for four like I was sitting in the waiting room for fun. And to top it off they didn't even reinstall my skid plate properly. Cmon guys what the hell are y'all doing.

Miguel in parts and Richard Villa in sales is Super Amazing. #1. Richard is honest, a go getter for the better, for his consumers. #2. Patience #3. Provides information and will do the research for you in order to help the process faster. This man helped us get into the car we wanted in the matter of days compared to 2 other Honda dealer ships. We may have lost 500 as a deposit at the Honda dealership in Austin but we got a better price deal here at FERNANDEZ HONDA! Thank you again Mr. Richard Villa. We will be seeing you in the future!

OUTSTANDING sales dept. Ruben is the sales person to go to. My Daughter and son in law went into purchase their 3rd Honda. All the pre work was done on line and the vehicle was built and made ready for them. As promised all was prepared for them in advance. They drive from New Braunfels to go here because of the sales dept and the outstanding Service Dept. My hat goes off to all the staff at the store under Mr. Ridings guidance.Being a retired Honda employee for over16 years this dealership is up to speed. Thank you all again for making their car purchase simple and hassle free.

My family was on a road trip in San Antonio on a Saturday afternoon when our 2019 Accord wouldn't start. We got a very nice person to jump start our car which got us back on the road. Still concerned about our long drive back, I searched for the nearest Honda dealership and found that Fernandez Honda was the closest, 10 miles away. I called them to see if they could fit us in to do a battery check in since we were heading back home to Dallas. I actually got a live person (rep Geoffrey Tassey) to answer and I told him about our car issue. He told us to come on down and they would take a look. He handled our concern very professionally and within an hour they completed a diagnostic check and found out it indeed was a bad battery. They immediately replaced it and we were back on the road. Although the dealership is undergoing major renovations, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for its commitment to customer satisfaction.
