I will try and make this review succinct:
-Ferguson installed Subzero Column units into my kitchen on 5/24/24
-Beauty panels were too large, so install team said they would order properly sized panels.
-Fast forward to August 5, and I have not heard a word regarding ETA of new panels.
- I have reached out to Ferguson multiple times via email/phone without receiving a straight answer as to when new panels would arrive.
-Installation of column units was unsatisfactory. Oversized panels chipped baseboards, and vertical spacer was cut too long for the gap it was meant to fill.
-Quality of install and customer service does not come close to matching the $20,000 I paid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

Main store and gallery: 3 idle Workers didn’t even acknowledge my families existence. No customer service, assuming prejudice in our looks.
Supply House: Don’t see separate listing for the supply house connected, supply house was helpful and great.

Super nice front desk and very accommodating. I was greeted by Michael Jayne and he helped me pick out an amazing set for my shower and faucet. Never felt rushed and was very friendly and respectful. Will be definitely buying a toilet with his expertise. Thanks for everything!

I have never seen a company care less about a customer. I spent 10k and haven’t been able to use one of my appliances. The salesman I used basically said it’s not his problem anymore and everyone else has been non-responsive with trying to help me. Spend your money elsewhere.

The prices are not competitive with box stores. There was a time when prices were much lower than box stores as well as their competitive suppliers.

Customer service provide by Glenn went above and beyond our expectations. For our renovation, we had purchased multiple items from Ferguson. We also purchased a light fixture from another vendor who went out of business and when the fixture failed, the manufacturer would not work directly with me as a consumer. I reached out to Ferguson who sells the same brand and Glenn generously stepped in and worked through the process to get us replacement parts. Really appreciate his willingness to help out when they didn’t sell the original fixture – defines great customer service in my book.

I think it's ridiculous that you have to schedule an appointment to be able to purchase an item
