I needed an important artwork document printed for a wedding. I took my digital file with me and spoke with Jonathan Before I even went there because I was referred by another store that could not print that large of a document. He was very helpful on the phone and made me want to go over there and work with him. He told me he was busy but that he would do his very best to get that done as soon as possible and yes, he said I can even help you with this. Later that afternoon I got a confirmation that they had received my document and I picked it up the next day. I was so surprised about the quick turnaround and they also did a really beautiful job on everything. The colours were gorgeous and it was very detailed. In today’s times it’s always wonderful to have someone say “yes I can help you ,” and really mean it and Follow through. When I went over to pick out my paper stock for the image in the beginning I saw how Extremely busy he was but was so helpful to everyone and never seem to get rattled about how busy he really was. Another thing, when I picked up the document, everyone had smiles and they were genuinely Interested in helping everyone. There need to be more Jonathans in the world And More places like FedEx office around.

Charged me $4.75 for what ups store does for 0.75, and office depot does for $1.

Website doesn’t reflect services actually offered in store. I’ve long tried to avoid this location due to poor service in the past, but needed a quick turn on passport photos. Checked the website and made the trip only to be turned away.

After trying Walmart and CVS to get an 11x14 photo, finally came here. Paul took care of me, listened to what I need and did it in no time at all. Friendly, professional,, couldn't be happier with the result. Next time I need a photo print, coming here first.

Store has been closed for an emergency since last Friday. My package is being held hostage with no information as to when they will be open again. I would not recommend sending anything shipped to this store. Since waiting outside 6 other customers have come and gone. This is an affluent neighborhood with plenty of customers that will find someone else to take their money. Understand emergencies but inform your customer when you will return. That's the courteous and professional way to run a business. I recommend UPS or USPS.

Had an excellent experience recently at this FedEx location. I believe the person assisting me was named Sheryl; she was so kind and helpful. I was impressed how easy it was for once!

I just went in to return these headphones I've had for a while. I'd just been to multiple other locations and kept getting redirected, so I was ready to be let down again and stay frustrated. I walk in and the woman working their is so WONDERFUL! I told her my issues (printed the wrong packaging slip) and asked if she could help me. She was like, absolutely, and she printed it for me and got it all packaged to go. I wish I got her name, but this was today just 15 minutes ago and she was just genuinely great. Customer service on point. Now i don't have to keep the d*** headphones I didn't like. Thank you!

I received an interview from Teresa Laifang at this location. I was interviewed by Krystal Uribe. I noticed that she was reading from scripted answers that has nothing to do with the job itself. She notated all of her answers in red ink. When I was notified that I would be interviewing, l looked at the website and noticed there was 3.7 google review for her store. I wondered why it was so low.I looked at the stores reviews today and noticed that it was 3.4.If you ask me it's because of FedEx recruiter Teresa Laifang and Krystal Uribe.I am a Navy veteranTrust those low reviews because that's the impression they gave me!
