If you’re delivering in the San Antonio General Area overnight to be delivered on a Saturday, your package may get stalled until Monday even if businesses are open However, this location does offer In-Store Pickup . It’s a main hub, not a third sourced vendor for drop offs.

Extremely disappointed with my recent FedEx experience. A package requiring a signature was marked as a delivery attempt, but no one came to the door. The only “proof” provided was a completely black photo, which was useless. I had to call customer service and escalate to the resolution team who reached out to the office manager at this local office and reported the driver, David. . In the end, I had to go to the FedEx office myself to retrieve the package. Unacceptable service for something so important.

This is by far the worst delivery experience I’ve had. I paid for expedited shipping twice, and both times FedEx marked the package as “delivery attempted” without ever coming to the door. The shipment required a signature, but no one knocked, rang the bell, or left a door tag. The “proof” of the attempt was a blank photo, not even showing my house. I was home during both supposed attempts.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive deliveries. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to FedEx through their customer service line and website, and I’ve escalated the issue with their executive support team. If this isn’t resolved properly, I’m prepared to pursue action through small claims court for any damages or losses caused by their failure to deliver as agreed.
I’ve also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and am considering contacting the FTC for deceptive delivery practices. If you rely on FedEx for important or signature-required items, I strongly advise using another service or at least avoiding this location.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience I've ever had. FedEx is too big to care and there is zero accountability. The driver, Sonny, has managed to maintain his job for at least the last year while blatantly lying about making delivery attempts. Not only does he arrive with a door tag already filled out, he sticks it to the camera doorbell and leaves without ringing the bell! The only time I've gotten a package from him was when I sat in my driveway for hours and caught him pulling up. Today, he uploaded a photo of yesterday's door tag and claimed no one was home again. Not only was I home, but I was standing in my driveway on the phone with customer service at the exact time he claims to have attempted delivery! And of course, all I can do is complain to some global call center that tells me they've contacted the station and will try again tomorrow. This station manager is as bad as her employees.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The driver went out of their way to take a picture of the door and say there was no one home, when in fact there were 4 people in the apartment waiting for the package. Called the 1-800 several times telling us this location would make a redelivery by 7PM. No one showed. Called the 1-800 again and they gave us the direct phone number to the location. The representative at the location said they were never notified by anyone the package needed to be redelivered. Many reviews have the same experience with this location. Paid $70 for nothing but a wasted day.

Promises one thing then does another have been waiting on a package all day that was promised to be delivered by 10:30 am it still isn't here and they won't give me answers just the run around. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a gift that would be delivered by FedEx. I paid for next day shipping and delivery so the gift could arrive. I live in a single residence property no gate code, no issues gates, regular neighborhood, etc. I received a update from FedEx saying they attempted to deliver. THAT WAS 100% FALSE. THE DRIVER NEVER CAME TO MY HOME, NEVER DROVE PAST MY HOME. THE PACKAGE DID NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE SO THERE WAS NO REASON THE PACKAGE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEFT ON MY FRONT PORCH. I CHECKED ALL MY CAMERAS OUTSIDE MY HOME THAT IDENTIFIES EACH VECHICLE THAT PASSES MY HOME, PARKS BY MY HOME, OR ANY HUMAN THAT WALKS ON MY STREET. NO FEDEX TRUCK NO DRIVER NO BOX NO ATTEMPT. I CHEKCED MY DOORBELL CAMERA SAME THING NOTHING. I FIND IT LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL THAT YOUR JOB IS TO DELIVER AND YOU HAVE DRIVERS THAT ARE LYING ABOUT DOING THEIR JOBS. I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR SATURDAY I SHOULD RECEIVE MY PACKAGE SATURDAY. NOT MONDAY BECAUSE THEY WANT TO END THEIR DAY FASTER.

I needed to get a package out quickly and overnight, and I went to this FedEx today. This shipping center, at this location, is the actual FedEx and not a third party. I arrived around 4 PM Central time.
Luckiky, it was not their busy time. Thus, I was in and out within a few minutes. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I definitely would recommend visiting this location. One quick note, the person assisting me did mention although that it can get busy between 5 and 6 PM.
Good luck, and I hope your experience is as good as mine.

The lady found my delivery that wasn't left at my house. No tracking number or slip left on my door. She found my package by a picture I had of the delivery driver on my camera. Haha great
