David at the FedEx on I -10 and the Huebner Oaks Shopping Center was AWESOME!!! He greeted me when I walked in and asked me what I needed. I told him I needed to overnight a letter and he advised that I only had 5 mins. He quickly and efficiently conducted business and I left a very happy person. FYI folks, if you need to overnight a letter, this location is the latest FedEx that sends overnights other than the busy FedEx by the airport. The latest you can send overnight at I-10 is 7pm. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Went to print here and had an amazing experience!
Vinny gave me a great plan for creating advertisement business cards and flyers for my retro camcorder resell business! Give Vinny a raise now!! He multitasked and helped me and another customer with patience, understanding, and overall great customer service.
Printers worked flawlessly with my usb drive. I converted my PDFs to JPG prior because the last location I went to couldn’t print them correctly.

Very helpful employees! I came in with a pre printed label that wasn't scanning. They had me email them the label, they printed a new one, and put it in a new envelope for me. Saved me a trip home and back. Friendly as well

I went to get my grad photos printed and they came out fuzzy and I was very unhappy but the employees were so helpful and gave me options to get them redone at no charge and I changed the file type and it came out so much better! Abby and I think Crystal were amazing and understanding and I am so grateful for their help and for my pretty grad announcements! Thank you!

Best store ever. The team members are very polite and helpful. Always giving their supports to other. I lost my passport in Saturday which I never realized I left them behind in FedEx. They were not able to call me because my passports does not have my contact information. I went to pick up Monday morning and the lady who take care of me, gave me her support and all empathy the could have. Thank you always for everything.

Called in asking if they passport size pictures and they mentioned yes and are open until 8 pm. Walked into the store and Jenny came in to assist. She took the photo and didn’t knew how to connect the camera to the computer nor knows the internet password she mentioned. She was holding the camera for about 20 minutes not knowing what to do. Asking me to come back on the morning. Seriously, fedex doesn’t train there employees and waste customers time? Totally disappointed. Why would I come in today, if I had to come in tomorrow?

Walked to the full service to be told to use the self serve, which didn’t have what I needed, so I returned to the front desk where the same lady proceeded to serve me. After I returned home I noticed she missed one of the documents. Pretty irritating that I now have to go to another printing service for one document…..
