I came here after for excellent service shipping my 12 boxes. Definitely would recommend. The store was clean, efficient, and the employee working at 2:30 April 20th was phenomenal. Thank you FedEx ?❤️
I went to UPS earlier because it was across the street from my apartment. They ended up totally messing up my day and I wasn’t able to ship my packages. Wish I would have drove a little farther and gone here first and saved myself the pain.

Entered the store at 11am. Team member Diana just had one customer. Waited whist she tried helping that customer. She was really unprofessional and quite frankly discriminatory. In both her tone her communication to the point I simply just picked up my package and left to a different FedEx on I-0 and Dezavala. Certainly a shame

I went there to return my Shoes to Nike the white manager was rude and told me our system is down we can't process your return when I step out there was another white gentlemen he entered to the property they accept his order so this office dosnt worth even 1 star ,,,,!

FEDEX is the absolute WORST carrier on earth. They DON'T RING, they DON'T KNOCK, they just leave a piece of paper on your door with NO INSTRUCTIONS, and then send the package back to the shipper before you know what is going on. Had this experience with them in CA - many times - just had the same experience with them here in TX. Drivers too harried to follow instructions? THEN HIRE MORE G-D DRIVERS FEDEX! Their drivers' lack of basic customer service and failure to follow procedure (ie knock or ring the door, or fill out the instructions on a tag left behind) is beyond the pale. I would give them NEGATIVE TEN STARS if I could.

You just don't get service like this anymore. The customer is not important and they can go somewhere else attitude is the most prevalent it has been in years. However at this store, they care about you and the level of attention is apparent in their attitude. Special thanks goes out to Rich for being that needle in the haystack and going above and beyond for me and my family.

Sergio assisted me with printing some paperwork and cutting the paper down to my needed specifications. The wrong set was accidentally printed, and he fixed the issue promptly. Employees masked. Would recommend this location.
