I love coming here to send off my packages. Not only is the location easy to get in and out of AND the staff is remarkably helpful, kind and supportive. They are always there to answer questions with a smile and full details. This isn’t just me. I stood in line and watched all staff help each customer.
Most importantly, when I drop off items here, I don’t get text messages that tell me my item hasn’t been shipped or hasn’t been delivered. I always get a notification that my package has been delivered. They are thorough and attentive.

Walked in and was greeted and provided with stellar customer service. I think it was the manager who took care of me. Super guy and funny! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

Very friendly staff. Always ask you if you need any help When they feel that you might need some helpVery, very polite, especially the manager in very friendly makes you feel like one of the staff. Today I came to look for information to be able to send a box to another country, as I wrote through the translator, specifying what the shit is in and the recipient country made fun of me; I didn't see that as correct because they are empathetic people.

Loved coming here because of how fast they are and their customer service but these 2 chicks that were there today 8/5/2023, one of them wanted to have the whole place by herself because she was rushing me to choose an option to send my package even though I was the only one in there. There is one man that has the best attitude but With this chick she needs to stay home.(Chelsea)
