Highly recommend not using FedEx - long story short it has taken me a month and lots of driving around town to retrieve a package that had all information correct with the exception of one zip code digit - bonkers!

Inefficient, and slow!! They have one guy working the desk that hides out in the back all day. Waited for over 10 minutes at the front desk.. nobody showed!! Had to leave

Overcharged could not deliver because driver went to wrong address three times, could not get my original package back, finally got my original package back, charge me an additional $40. FedEx says it is a reasonable charge FedEx SUCKS!!!!!!

I expect this out of amazon and not Fedex. As an X-Fedex swing driver I ran into many wet packages not wrapped before delivered especially in the Vulverde area from Amazon. You'd figure these courier would be prepared during all of this rain. They also took 8 days to deliver a wet check.

Was supposed to have a package delivered overnight. Had confirmation number etc. About 4 hours until last possible delivery time I was showing the package was still not out for delivery.
Had to call corporate to try and get information. First guy said my name wasn't on package and refused to help in any way. Second guy I talked to was willing to help but refusing to offer me a supervisor per my demand to speak with one. He eventually gave me to a supervisor after giving me more runaround with help. Supervisor gave me 3rd response that my package had been sitting at the Brussels St San Antonio location and they just didn't know if this location was going to deliver or felt like delivering the package etc.
After an hour of runaround duffernt answers etc I guess corporate decided this location will deliver my package. The delivery will be late and I will loose money on this incompetence and unwillingness to do their job. But at least I might possibly perhaps get the service I paid for. Fedex doesn't deserve even one star for the absolute worst customer service experience I've encountered in decades! Absolutely zero reason for this level of incompetence and lack of customer service especially in a company this large. That includes this location.
Update. Told package would be delivered by 8pm. Called after 8pm bc the package still wasn't delivered. Lied to yet again by second supervisor at customer service number. FedEx decided they just won't do what they were paid to do. Lost money bc I didn't get the package. Lost time. And thanks to FedEx I have a $3000 check they decided to just do who knows what with bc not one single person including customer service would give me an honest or straight answer as to where the package was or when it might actually be delivered despite what was paid to be done. The last supervisor whose in the exact same time zone tried telling me it wasn't 8pm where I was and tried lying to me about why they weren't delivering my package at the time they said several times they would deliver it.
If you use this company best of luck getting what you pay or and not being lied to or even getting the packages that you attempt to deliver or receive thru them.

The drivers here are idiots, they drive small vans and said because of a branch they could not deliver. I drive a Ram 2500 and have zero issues with that branch. I had to pick up the package 30 minutes from my house after I paid for overnight delivery. They SUCK!!

I have had so many issues with this fedex shipment center, from delivery drivers throwing packages on my porch to continually avoiding delivering packages even if I paid for faster shipping. No use calling because the voice assistant will never let you speak to someone, so forget about accountability. Truly the most pathetic customer service around

Just like many others in these reviews. The drivers are not delivering. They are claiming to βattemptβ a delivery but never actually do. I am unsure if itβs mainly apartment complexes that arenβt getting their packages. Like I get it, apartments are not fun, I 100% understand but at the end of the day, that is your job, that is a main part of your business. Super inconvenient to go PICK UP my package that I paid extra to have shipped to my house. On the plus, the front desk ladies are nice.

I was waiting for about a hour just to pick up a package, then after an hour the lady on front tell me the driver is gonna take at least one hour more .

Multiple times I have had drivers mark my packages as "delivery attempted " when I was home. They do not even attempt to knock on the door if your package needs a signature. My spouse and I rearranged our schedules to make sure multiple people were home to accept the delivery. We refreshed the delivery status and saw it was mark as delivery attempted despite NO ATTEMPT and NO KNOCK ON OUR DOOR. Lazy drivers who refuse to do their job and careless customer service employees who do not care about their customers. The drivers should be ashamed at their laziness and lies.

Was to be delivered Sunday. I went online to provide instructions but was unable to do so because the system would not permit. I received notification that the delivery was missed and would be rescheduled on next business daybwhich would have been Tuesday. Curiously, no missed delivery tag was on my door. I called cust service to get a delivery time and was told a delivery attempt was never made and that the package was still on the truck. Was told it would be delivered between 8-10 a.m. Tuesday. I waited all day and no delivery. I went to the local Fedex office but was told it was a ground delivery and I had to go to a different office. The clerk was kind enough to provide a telephone number to the ground office. I called and was told that like lots of other customer packages mine was still on the truck but offered to call me between 4-6 a.m. when it was being unloaded. I accepted and drove to the facility to pick up my package 4 days beyond the expected delivery date.
