Started off promising, gentleman quickly jumped in from the back seeing a line forming, and the minute he saw the Directv return I had for my 91 year old mother's account, became so rude I wasn't sure why he continued waiting on me. Not a location I will return to after that interaction today. Do better guys....I'm glad I brought the items in and not my mother - she would have sworn this guy was personally mad at her...when in fact, he needed an old fashioned attitude adjustment. Don't work a counter if you aren't prepared to see a bag of cables for return items FedEx clearly handles on behalf of partner arrangements.

Sent a package to Mexico. It was done right and promptly by the Assistant Manager. No small thing in San Antonio, believe me. And it cleared customs there immediately because she knew enough to have me do a Commercial Invoice. If your office in CDMX is half as good, I'll know never to bother with anyone else in the future

Had to print out something for my college course. One of the guys working in the back (young, brown shoulder length hair, glasses) started loudly complaining about how he “hates students” and how he hopes “no more students come in” while I was literally standing at the counter. What was he thinking?

Very poor service. This latest staff is clueless. I've been going to this FecEx since it was Kinko's for years and was always happy with thier dependability and professional. My last 2 visits have been terrible & frustrating. The older guy with the full gray beard will talk out of both sides of his mouth to get you the store. If someone doesn't like customer service, one should not work in customer seelevice.

Probably the second worst customer service I've experienced at a FedEx location. The cake definitely goes to the location on the Huebner oaks. But this location I have a print and go code that's valid for another week I went to the self-service machine scanned my card got an approval and then the machine wouldn't bother moving to the next screen to enter in my code so I could complete my print job and leave. I was only putting two single pages of black and white. I tried all three of their self-service machines got an approval for my credit card and then the screen would not advance to actually complete the job.I went to the front counter there's two employees not assisting customers no one else was in the building but me. One guy came over kept interrupting me wouldn't let me complete my sentence what I was asking for asked me if I had sent the email, I said yes I already have a code and entered it in the issue is that once I get my approval for my credit card it won't advance to let me complete my print job. He says oh these things are finicky, all I can do is reset them.I asked you can't print them for me? He said no all I can do is reset them.. I'm in a FedEx print and go location customer all over San Antonio for over 10 years now. I run a small non-profit and this is almost exclusively where we get our programs and annual agendas, special needs, posters and marketing materials completed. I know for a fact if I were to give them the Code or email the store directly they can print the job for me.What is this employee resistance to want to do anything to resolve the issue that the store is having with a machine that they manage. I understand that if I was at work and it said hey we have to call a third party provider. How easy would it have been I'll reset these machines but in the meantime because it'll take time to reboot let me print the job for you to get you out of the store and back on your way? How easy would that have been? You're still going to charge me the same fee regardless.Don't come here people don't like working on sundays! Especially when the issue is with their own machine.

Printing a page is $0.19 but scanning it is $0.55 a page. Not sure what logic is at play that says that no paper or ink needed means charge almost 3 times as much but not for me.

Ridiculously poor customer service and attitude. Everything is someone elses problem, the fedex website, some coworker, corporate, etc. We do thousands of dollars worth of business and consistently experience spectacularly poor customer service and business judgment. AVOID unless your life depends on it, and if it does, good luck because they probably won’t care.

My positive review is associated with the outstanding service I received from Maria on my printing job. She answered my many questions on a few phone calls, allowed me to review a proof, and finished my print job before the winter storm, in one day. Thank you!

They refuse to help you. Take you to a machine so you can do self service.

The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgable! Why I’m giving 3 stars has *nothing* to do with staff….it seems that the problem is they are incredibly under staffed. There is hardly ever an extra hand. Everyone seems totally overburdened by their workload but still manages to be friendly. In the back, I usually see people scrambling around doing three things at once. The time it takes to accomplish a simple task there, is similar to going to the post office wait times. It’s always a wait. Always. I’ve never been without a wait. I miss when this locations was a Kinkos. The copiers were easier to access and since they didn’t constantly have to deal with shipping packages, they had more time for customers.

They will only let you ship with a "shipping box" which of course you buy from them. Avoid.
