I was here at the apartment they were supposed to deliver to, I was told my apt# wasn't on my package. Thing is I had several orders delivered by the same company. Even though my orders were purchased in two orders they spread it out over three days. I was charged for all 3 orders.

I came in to pick up some printed documents for a client, only to realize that I had made a small copy mistake on the front page. One of the store associates, Keenan, was more than happy to help me make the change and print out new copies. Both Keenan and his colleague, Felicitas, were so kind and happy to unbind the document and re-bind them with the updated pages. They did so without complaint or hesitation & their friendliness was such a breath of fresh air. It made my day and I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Sent an Amazon package to the Grand Hyatt which was received by the FedEx office. 10USD handling fee to receive the parcel is outrageous.

Fantastic place for printing and super convenient if you are staying in the hotel. I ordered cards for a trade show last week, the order was ready before the expected time. Tracy was very friendly and went above and beyond yo make my print job perfect while traveling for business.But
