The hours are wrong. This location says it’s open till 8 but it closes at 7. I drove over here and worked my entire schedule around the time and they were closed. The hours need to be updated so people don’t waste their time. See attached photo.

Came here to drop off a fed ex package with a prepaid label and I stood in line for 15 minutes because there was 1 guy at the register. He was helping out some lady for 15 minutes while a huge line formed behind me. I’m sure it wasn’t the guy’s fault but they need more than one person working at that counter.

Worst service. It's a shame FedEx contracts with this store. Came in to send a prelabeled package... I HAD TO PAY FOR A RECEIPT!!!! An office/stationary/print store makes YOU pay for THEIR printing. Absolutely not. This SCREAMS "I'm going to steal your stuff"Aside from that, they're completely rude about it. Didn't address me with even a "hi" or "hello".

Need to price on their website before shopping in store. HP INK was priced $30.00 more in store. Storage boxes were $12.00 more in the store. Had to return the items. Then they matched their own online price.

9/8/23 rude customer service. Angie was extremely rude, she even gave us the tape dispenser to seal the box. I was waiting for them to tell me to go put the box in the back for them. That's how bad they were
