Horrible FedEx site. People don't know what they are doing and are dismissive of their customers. If it were just one person I could have said someone was having a bad day. But two - back to back. The store needs help. Just go to a FedEx location.... SKIP THIS STORE!!

Always a convenient spot. Great customer service. On today's visit, my mom left behind some important documents. We called and they were not found. Received a call about 20 minutes later that they were there. The reps spent some time going through the call logs looking for us. Thanks!

I had a bad experience with them months ago: As I recall they were suppose to delivered an Amazon Order, but it was pushed back a couple of days. I'm unsure what happened. When I called their rep could not give me a thorough explanation, I was told that it was on the way. The product I purchase was a necessity. I blame myself for ordering it off of Amazon and not going to the store to purchase it. Update: Since I am an avid Amazon user I sometimes have to use them. I haven't had anymore problems with them.
