Horrible FedEx site. People don't know what they are doing and are dismissive of their customers. If it were just one person I could have said someone was having a bad day. But two - back to back. The store needs help. Just go to a FedEx location.... SKIP THIS STORE!!

Always a convenient spot. Great customer service. On today's visit, my mom left behind some important documents. We called and they were not found. Received a call about 20 minutes later that they were there. The reps spent some time going through the call logs looking for us. Thanks!
