I ordered some post cards for marketing from Canva and they use FedEx as their print shop. My post cards came out perfect and were ready earlier than expected. The staff was super friendly and made sure I was happy with my order before I left. I will definitely be using them much more for my printing and copying!

This is the nearest FedEx office to me and I have not had a bad experience with the staff. They have always been knowledgeable about what service I needed and responsive to my questions. The only real reason I don't give them 5 stars is because the issues I've had with FedEx are corporate rules/policies/service. Not the staff's fault at this location to be sure.

I buy and sell tons of stuff on eBay and always use FedEx for my packages that are over 15 pounds or so. Every other FedEx takes my packaging without a problem, but this lady always has an issue with the way I package and I think it's because she just wants to sell me their packaging and their boxes. I know it's really sad to give a one star review based one ladies performance but unfortunately she is always there. This is the third time I've had to drive to another FedEx to drop off my package. I feel like she's just trying to upsell me on their boxes and their packaging. I'm not sure if she's the manager or just an overzealous worker, but it is truly aggravating to have to go to other fedexs. Just as a sidenote, in case you're like me and read this thinking maybe my packaging is terrible LOL I have over 900 EBAY sales with a 99.7% rating so I definitely know how to properly packaged items LOL

Assistant Store Manager Yolanda was very helpful explaining options to produce the signing we needed. She offered multiple choices at different pricepoints. Shared DIY how-to's if we wanted to do things ourselves. Really appreciate Yolanda's excellent customer service, patience and kindness.

Had to handle some business and was able to come in here and get the help that I needed. I paid a little bit more than I wanted to to fax some stuff which caught me off guard because the prices were listed differently. The location was clean and convenient for me. This place most certainly came through when I needed it so thank you guys.

Went to drop-off and package with label already affixed to the box, needed a receipt, there were two people in front of me. After 20 mins of waiting I finally left as there was no progress.

My home printer stopped working so I've been going to this location when I have to print a document. I found out that they have their print function set for color prints instead of black and white. Very deceptive. If a person doesn't pay close attention they will not notice they are being charged the price of a color print for a black and white print. I can't believe they do this. I hope customers read this and become aware of this little trick of theirs to overcharge customers.
