First off, this review is for this store location, not the company overall. (The company overall would be 2-3 stars at best). I've had a number of experiences with this store, due to various things that bring up the need for shipping or office services. This includes quick photos for when I was applying for my CPA license, done easily and fast, printing out of various e-mails and items I needed to get into test centers, done easily and fast, a crazy shipment for my day job where we literally carted in over 100 laptops in the early stages of COVID-19....handled easily and fast, going in just tonight b/c I'm trying to get details on moving boxes I ordered shipped via FedEx and the website decides I don't exist anymore...once again, handled easily and fast. I've gotten nothing but great customer service here, time and time again. While I won't be able to use this store much in the near future (I'm moving way too far away for that to be possible)...I'd still recommend them for anybody in the area. Time and again customer service has been fast, friendly, and efficient.

I work for a big company and frequently have to have mail things off. Those guys are so thorough and even though we have major discounts for they always find the lower shipping methods. Not one complaint from customers or colleagues who receive my packages!

This review is for FEDEX policy. Not this store in particular. What a ripoff! I paid $19.92 to have something delivered the next day (as I was told and states on my receipt). My son stayed home from work to be able to sign for these important business checks/funds. Nope. Two days later he had to miss another day of work still waiting for the checks. Customer Service told me to take it up with the Salesperson who told me it would be there the next day. I explained it was on my receipt too. Too bad so sad, for me! They would not refund my money.

I have used this place in the past for various small projects, but when I had a large project I was completely dismayed. I first went in to see if I can mail a package to Germany and how much it would cost. It was a very small package that only contained a baseball cap for a friend that lived in Germany. The lowest price they could offer me it was about $110. I refused and went to the post office and was able to mail it for $20. The next thing I needed was to have a large medical record scanned and placed on disk or a USB. They said the scanning itself for about 150 to 200 pages would be at least $150. Mind you, that is just for scanning... No printing no ink involved nothing like that just to scan and put it in an electronic file. I thought that was too much but I desperately needed it... But I decided to wait and check elsewhere. I went to the UPS store and they said that they would just do it for me for a flat rate of $25. I find that there are some charges at Fed ex that are just outrageous. Be sure to check around and compare before you commit to one of their extortion schemes.
