Closest location to my area. Destiny (employee) Hand held device didn't work. Couldn't use the computer (no hand held scanner). I had package and my QR code on my phone ready. Employees need to be trained for any situation and provided with the right equipment. She also gave me an attitude on the way out. I will Facebook notify residents in this area this is not an efficient FedEx and employees are rude! Don't waste your time here!
